Media european\u0103 este apropiat\u0103, ajung\u00e2nd la 51%. Principalele preocup\u0103ri sunt asigurarea unui num\u0103r suficient de angaja\u021bi \u0219i organizarea mai eficient\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii. Acest lucru pare s\u0103 fie \u00een contrast cu cre\u0219terea automatiz\u0103rii \u0219i a inteligen\u021bei artificiale. Totu\u0219i, un sfert dintre profesioni\u0219tii HR (26%) din Europa indic\u0103 aceste evolu\u021bii tehnologice drept motivul principal pentru care acord\u0103 o aten\u021bie mai mare planific\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103, \u00een timp ce \u00een \u021bar\u0103, 37% spun acela\u0219i lucru. Un alt rezultat relevant arat\u0103 c\u0103 organiza\u021biile se concentreaz\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe competen\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi, \u0219i nu pe titluri de job, atunci c\u00e2nd angajeaz\u0103 personal. Aceste concluzii reies dintr-un nou studiu realizat de furnizorul european de solu\u021bii HR SD Worx, care a intervievat 5.936 de manageri HR \u0219i 16.500 de angaja\u021bi din 16 \u021b\u0103ri europene, printre care \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia. <\/p>\n<p>De la AI la deficitul de talente: profesioni\u0219tii HR acord\u0103 mai mult\u0103 aten\u021bie planific\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 din diverse motive. Peste jum\u0103tate dintre angajatorii rom\u00e2ni (54%) spun c\u0103 aceasta va fi o prioritate important\u0103 pentru 2026, u\u0219or peste media european\u0103 de 51%.<\/p>\n<p>Principalele motive sunt nevoia de a asigura un num\u0103r suficient de angaja\u021bi \u0219i de a organiza activitatea mai eficient. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, aceast\u0103 preocupare este men\u021bionat\u0103 de 59% dintre responden\u021bi, peste media european\u0103 de 48%. Alte motive importante invocate la nivel local sunt asigurarea continuit\u0103\u021bii serviciilor \u0219i a unei experien\u021be consistente pentru clien\u021bi (44%) \u0219i controlul costurilor cu personalul (43%), urmate de dificult\u0103\u021bile legate de atragerea \u0219i reten\u021bia talentelor, precum \u0219i de nevoia de a r\u0103spunde cerin\u021belor de reglementare tot mai complexe.<\/p>\n<p>La nivel european, urm\u0103toarele motive men\u021bionate de organiza\u021bii sunt controlul costurilor cu personalul (40%) \u0219i asigurarea continuit\u0103\u021bii serviciilor \u0219i a experien\u021bei clien\u021bilor (39%). Deficitul de talente \u0219i cre\u0219terea fluctua\u021biei de personal (34%), precum \u0219i conformarea la reglement\u0103ri tot mai complexe (31%) completeaz\u0103 topul principalelor r\u0103spunsuri.<\/p>\n<h2>61% privesc dincolo de titlurile de job atunci c\u00e2nd planific\u0103 personalul<\/h2>\n<p>Modul \u00een care organiza\u021biile abordeaz\u0103 planificarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 este \u00een schimbare. Mai mult de jum\u0103tate dintre angajatori (61%) nu se mai concentreaz\u0103 exclusiv pe titluri de job, ci din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe competen\u021be. La nivel european, mai mult de jum\u0103tate dintre angajatori (55%) nu se mai concentreaz\u0103 exclusiv pe titluri de job, ci din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe competen\u021be. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, aproape trei din zece organiza\u021bii (29%) se concentreaz\u0103 pe planificarea strategic\u0103 a for\u021bei de munc\u0103, \u00een locul planific\u0103rii opera\u021bionale, identific\u00e2nd nevoile viitoare de personal \u0219i competen\u021be, iar o treime combin\u0103 cele dou\u0103 abord\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"related-inline svelte-1t8qpgs\" data-gtrack='{\"event\":\"utm_click\",\"data\":{\"event_category\":\"article_related\"}}' href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-interne\/educatie\/noua-din-zece-absolventi-de-facultate-isi-gasesc-2514035.html\" title=\"Alt articol de interes pentru tine\"><span class=\"inline-title svelte-1t8qpgs\">Nou\u0103 din zece absolven\u021bi de facultate \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103sesc loc de munc\u0103, dar mul\u021bi se pl\u00e2ng de salarii: \u201eNu e nevoie s\u0103 avem to\u021bi diplome\u201d   <\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, la nivel european, patru din zece angajatori (39%) nu au \u00eenc\u0103 o imagine clar\u0103 asupra competen\u021belor de care organiza\u021bia lor va avea nevoie \u00een urm\u0103torii doi-trei ani. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, procentul este mai redus, de 30%.<\/p>\n<h2>58% dintre angaja\u021bi consider\u0103 c\u0103 mobilitatea intern\u0103 \u00een organiza\u021bia lor este dificil\u0103<\/h2>\n<p>La nivel european, mai mult de jum\u0103tate dintre angaja\u021bi (54%) consider\u0103 c\u0103 talentul \u0219i poten\u021bialul lor nu sunt valorificate pe deplin \u00een rolul actual, \u00een timp ce \u00een Rom\u00e2nia procentul se apropie de 44%; doar patru din zece (41%) v\u0103d oportunit\u0103\u021bi de dezvoltare sau de schimbare a rolului \u00een cadrul organiza\u021biei. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, aproape dou\u0103 treimi (58%) consider\u0103, de asemenea, c\u0103 organiza\u021bia lor nu faciliteaz\u0103 explorarea unor roluri, pozi\u021bii sau proiecte interne care s\u0103 se potriveasc\u0103 competen\u021belor \u0219i intereselor lor, procentul la nivel European fiind de 66%.<\/p>\n<p>Angaja\u021bii sunt \u00eens\u0103 u\u0219or mai optimi\u0219ti atunci c\u00e2nd vine vorba despre planificarea activit\u0103\u021bii zinice. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, 66% spun c\u0103 reu\u0219esc s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i coordoneze activitatea f\u0103r\u0103 probleme cu colegii, fa\u021b\u0103 de 59%, la nivel european. Rom\u00e2nii apreciaz\u0103 c\u0103 echipa lor planific\u0103 eficient \u0219i \u00eentr-un mod structurat \u00eentr-o propor\u021bie de 55%, \u00een timp ce media european\u0103 este de 46%. Cu toate acestea, multe organiza\u021bii \u00eenc\u0103 nu ofer\u0103 tot sprijinul necesar: peste jum\u0103tate dintre angaja\u021bi (54%) spun c\u0103 organiza\u021bia lor nu pune la dispozi\u021bie tehnologia adecvat\u0103 pentru a-\u0219i planifica eficient munca, \u00een timp ce media european\u0103 se situeaz\u0103 la 58%. <\/p>\n<h2>42% prefer\u0103 un mix \u00eentre oameni \u0219i tehnologie \u00een planificarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103<\/h2>\n<p>69% dintre angajatori consider\u0103 c\u0103 managerii au ast\u0103zi instrumentele tehnologice necesare pentru a planifica eficient resursele de personal, \u00een timp ce media european\u0103 este de 61%. Astfel de sisteme devin tot mai importante, mai ales atunci c\u00e2nd sunt sus\u021binute de inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103. Cu toate acestea, automatizarea complet\u0103 nu este \u00eenc\u0103 preferat\u0103 de majoritatea organiza\u021biilor. Doar un sfert dintre angajatorii din Rom\u00e2nia (27%) consider\u0103 c\u0103 planificarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 fie complet automatizat\u0103, \u00een timp ce 42% prefer\u0103 o combina\u021bie \u00eentre oameni \u0219i tehnologie. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te pontajul, trei din zece angajatori (31%) sunt deschi\u0219i c\u0103tre automatizarea complet\u0103 cu ajutorul inteligen\u021bei artificiale la nivel European, similar cu Rom\u00e2nia, unde procentul este de 28%.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201ePlanificarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 devine tot mai mult o component\u0103 strategic\u0103 pentru organiza\u021bii. Companiile nu se mai uit\u0103 doar la roluri, ci la <\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/economie\/domeniile-de-activitate-care-cauta-cu-disperare-2516329.html\" target=\"_blank\">competen\u021bele de care vor avea nevoie<\/a><i> pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne competitive \u00eentr-un context economic \u0219i tehnologic \u00een continu\u0103 schimbare.
