at least according to a new lawsuit.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-a2f570ef03a93ae94aeb3063bb0390e3\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>A California woman named <strong>Crystal Merrill<\/strong> is suing a Nevada man named <strong>Frank Harris<\/strong>, claiming they were having cybersex over Facebook Messenger in 2022 when he secretly recorded her without her knowledge or consent.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-38706e26f281c6cdd2cfc570ba005874\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>Crystal claims Frank ultimately sent the intimate visuals to her daughter via text message and email in 2023 &#8230;
