LEGO released its first-ever Pok\u00e9mon sets<\/a> earlier this year, and they all look fantastic. I myself had the chance to build LEGO Eevee<\/a> and it’s one of my favorite sets I’ve ever built. But since it’s still a relatively new theme, the official sets barely even scratch the surface of the Kanto Pok\u00e9dex.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Thankfully, fans have been looking for alternative ways to build Pok\u00e9mon LEGO sets for years now. Some of these MOCs (My Own Creations) are absolute abominations, but every once in a while you get a really cool build like LEGO Cubone.<\/p>\n

This version of Cubone is made up entirely of pieces from the 3-in-1 Cute Animals: Playful Puppy set that was released back in January<\/a>. These 3-in-1 LEGO sets are designed to be built into a total of three different things, so they are often a great source of inspiration among the Rebrickable community. This alternative build uses a total of 297 pieces of the 336 set, so there are still a few pieces leftover. The version in the image above was created by MOC Designer CG_valphalk<\/a>, and you can purchase the full instructions for $15<\/a> at Rebrickable to learn how to build it yourself.<\/p>\n
