Firul care le leag\u0103 este unul de lucru continuu cu ideea de conectare: \u00eentre elev \u0219i lume, \u00eentre \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i comunitate, \u00eentre sistemul local \u0219i experien\u021bele interna\u021bionale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Recent, Liceul Tehnologic \u201eAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d din Buz\u0103u a primit vizita unui grup de profesori americani, \u00een cadrul unui program de schimb educa\u021bional. Liceul a devenit, pentru c\u00e2teva zile, un spa\u021biu de lucru comun \u00een care profesori din Buz\u0103u \u0219i din Statele Unite au colaborat direct, prin activit\u0103\u021bi de co-teaching, \u00eent\u00e2lniri institu\u021bionale \u0219i schimburi de practici pedagogice. A fost un reu\u0219it dialog aplicat asupra pred\u0103rii, evalu\u0103rii \u0219i rela\u021biei profesor\u2013elev.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen spatele acestei vizite recente se afl\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 un parcurs profesional construit \u00een timp, \u00een care fiecare etap\u0103 a deschis-o pe urm\u0103toarea. Laboratorul de gastronomie a fost realizat prin atragerea de finan\u021bare privat\u0103 \u00een cadrul programului \u201e\u021aara lui Andrei\u201d, ceea ce a \u00eensemnat un proces de negociere \u0219i construire de \u00eencredere \u00eentre \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i mediul extern. \u00cen mod similar, laboratorul de mecanic\u0103 a fost dotat prin surse externe, r\u0103spunz\u00e2nd unei nevoi directe a profilului tehnologic.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen paralel, dezvoltarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului profesional dual a schimbat structura ofertei educa\u021bionale. Experien\u021ba din Statele Unite a \u00eensemnat un contact direct cu un sistem educa\u021bional \u00een care predarea limbii engleze este integrat\u0103 cu educa\u021bia pentru g\u00e2ndire critic\u0103, media literacy \u0219i abord\u0103ri interdisciplinare. Aceste proiecte au creat contexte \u00een care \u0219coala func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een dialog direct cu alte sisteme educa\u021bionale europene, iar acest contact a influen\u021bat modul de lucru la nivel local.<\/p>\n<p>Un rol semnificativ l-a avut \u0219i \u00een cadrul programului \u201eTeachers for Global Classrooms\u201d. Ca urmare a colabor\u0103rilor anterioare \u0219i a statutului de alumn\u0103 Fulbright, a fost desemnat\u0103 de Fulbright Romania Commission ca Host Teacher \u0219i Visit Coordinator pentru o vizit\u0103 educa\u021bional\u0103 interna\u021bional\u0103 la Buz\u0103u. Abordarea noastr\u0103 a fost una deschis\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe sinceritate, curiozitate \u0219i respect reciproc. Aproximativ 70% dintre elevii no\u0219tri provin din astfel de contexte, ceea ce aduce provoc\u0103ri suplimentare \u00een procesul educa\u021bional, dar \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bi de interven\u021bie pedagogic\u0103 relevant\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ceea ce a devenit evident pe parcursul interac\u021biunilor a fost faptul c\u0103, dincolo de diferen\u021bele structurale, exist\u0103 o serie de constante \u00een educa\u021bie: nevoia de adaptare, gestionarea diversit\u0103\u021bii \u00een clas\u0103, motiva\u021bia elevilor \u0219i provoc\u0103rile specifice adolescen\u021bei. Am devenit mai atent\u0103 la procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, nu doar la rezultatele finale, pun\u00e2nd un accent mai mare pe parcursul elevului \u0219i pe dezvoltarea competen\u021belor acestuia. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>O diferen\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 pe care am analizat-o \u00een mod constant \u00een cadrul discu\u021biilor noastre a fost orientarea pronun\u021bat\u0103 a sistemului educa\u021bional din Rom\u00e2nia c\u0103tre evaluarea standardizat\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103tre ierarhizarea elevilor pe baza performan\u021bei academice. Accentul pus pe examene \u0219i rezultate cuantificabile conduce, de multe ori, la o clasificare rigid\u0103 a elevilor, \u00een care ace\u0219tia sunt \u00eencadra\u021bi \u00een categorii de performan\u021b\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 a reflecta \u00een mod suficient diversitatea stilurilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, a ritmurilor individuale sau a contextelor socio-educa\u021bionale din care provin.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00cen contrast, am observat c\u0103 sistemul educa\u021bional american, de\u0219i nu este lipsit de evaluare, pune un accent mai mare pe incluziune, pe progresul individual \u0219i pe adaptarea procesului educa\u021bional la nevoile fiec\u0103rui elev. Evaluarea este mai degrab\u0103 utilizat\u0103 ca instrument de sprijin pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, nu exclusiv ca mecanism de selec\u021bie sau clasificare.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Aceast\u0103 diferen\u021b\u0103 de paradigm\u0103 ridic\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri importante despre echitatea \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i despre rolul evalu\u0103rii \u00een formarea elevilor.
