Federica Amati, nutri\u021bionist-\u0219ef \u00een cadrul companiei Zoe, specializat\u0103 \u00een cercetare nutri\u021bional\u0103, pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/health-fitness\/diet\/gut-health\/the-six-worst-foods-for-gut-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Telegraph<\/a>. Potrivit acesteia, s\u0103n\u0103tatea intestinului este determinat\u0103 \u00een fiecare zi de alegerile alimentare, iar de\u0219i genetica joac\u0103 un rol, alimenta\u021bia are un impact mult mai mare.<\/p>\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte, ceea ce consum\u0103m poate sus\u021bine bacteriile \u201ebune\u201d sau, dimpotriv\u0103, poate dezechilibra complet flora intestinal\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2>1.
