who joined the show in Season 16 &#8212; was not victimized and was warned that being on &#8216;RHOA&#8217; meant she would be exposed to &#8220;stressful or emotionally challenging&#8221; moments.\u00a0They say she nevertheless agreed to sign up for the show.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-b8104c30e2051e22e4cb09dc1cc18e22\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>Brit sued the network, claiming her costar Kenya displayed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2024\/06\/15\/rhoa-kendra-moore-suspended-indefinitely-over-oral-sex-posters-brittany-eady\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>explicit photos on posterboards<\/strong><\/a>, which were allegedly photos of her at an event during &#8216;RHOA&#8217; production with other cast members.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-c7d6b50ac41fc3066e9c478ea6339abb\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>In new docs, Brit said the contract she signed did not cover what happened to her &#8230; insisting there was NO way she could have foreseen what Kenya was going to do.
