He also countersued against Lively, as well as her husband Ryan Reynolds, but that case was dismissed last June. Lively\u2019s original case also included a sexual harassment claim, but on April 2 a federal judge in California dismissed that aspect of the suit due to state jurisdictional grounds.<\/p>\n<p>The case had been due to go to court on May 18, but a statement for both parties confirmed that a settlement has been agreed that means that will no longer go ahead. It is our sincere hope that this brings closure and allows all involved to move forward constructively and in peace, including a respectful environment online.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The news comes despite
