Last year&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/games\/call-of-duty-black-ops-7\">Black Ops 7<\/a> will be the last eighth-gen instalment.<\/p>\n<p>On 3rd May, leaker Alaix <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/HeyImAlaix\/status\/2050956019124072943?s=20\">claimed on X<\/a> that &#8220;MW4 is currently being playtested on PS4&#8221;, which sounded kind of worrying considering how rough the more recent entries already were on the last-gen consoles.
