County Superior Court against the reality star with an eye-popping 20 causes of action &#8230; including harassment, race discrimination, failure to pay wages, and failure to prevent or remedy harassment. It&#8217;s the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/04\/21\/kylie-jenner-sued-by-former-housekeeper-for-discrimination\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>second time in a week<\/strong><\/a> Kylie has been sued by one of her housekeepers with similar allegations.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-93483f6d981c4f672d0dae245c69edf4\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>In the latest complaint, Soto claims she began working for the &#8220;Keeping Up With The Kardashians&#8221; star in May 2019, and she says she was not afforded appropriate meal or rest breaks.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-965fb605fa40c0591a96bde035d0e674\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>Then, in 2023, Soto claims the harassment kicked in from her supervisor, <strong>Itzel Sibrian<\/strong>, saying she mocked her foreign accent and immigration status.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-a379bcc2116213e8dad2ba5caa304769\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>In addition, Soto claims Sibrian was temporarily transferred to another position after she complained, but then was reinstated to her previous job and retaliated against Soto.
