Earlier this week on Late Night with Seth Meyers<\/em>, actress Ayo Edebiri wore a look inspired by the late actress and Broadway legend Elaine Stritch\u2019s iconic uniform: a white men\u2019s shirt styled simply over black tights. No trousers, naturally.<\/p>\n

Her shirt, designed by Chanel in collaboration with Parisian shirtmaker Charvet, comes from Matthieu Blazy\u2019s debut collection. It reworks classic menswear tailoring in crisp cotton poplin, with a structured collar, elongated cuffs, and a slightly lengthened silhouette. The signature Chanel chain weights are sewn into the hem of the shirt to help it fall cleanly and stay sharp on the body.<\/p>\n

Ayo, a Chanel ambassador, joins other recent wearers of the piece including Nicole Kidman, Jacob Elordi, Jessie Buckley, and Charlotte Casiraghi. Even though she wasn\u2019t at Chanel\u2019s Cruise show in Biarritz, she still brought the brand to New York while promoting her starring role in Proof<\/em>, which marks her Broadway debut.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cou Cou<\/a> is joining forces with supermodel Adwoa Aboah and Gurls Talk to mark Mental Health Awareness Month with a limited-edition vintage T-shirt.
