Activitatea s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat \u00een cadrul Acredit\u0103rii Erasmus+ \u0219i a reprezentat o fuziune perfect\u0103 \u00eentre rigoarea \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103, explorarea cultural\u0103 \u0219i diploma\u021bia educa\u021bional\u0103. Experien\u021ba a oferit participan\u021bilor, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 instrumente inovatoare valoroase \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te sprijinirea elevilor proveni\u021bi din medii dezavantajate \u0219i a celor cu cerin\u021be educa\u021bionale speciale (CES), \u0219i un important context de valorificare a culturii \u0219i a experien\u021bei europene.<\/p>\n<h3>Neuro\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i Inteligen\u021b\u0103 Emo\u021bional\u0103: instrumente pentru Incluziune<\/h3>\n<p>Cursul a abordat gestionarea emo\u021biilor dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 pragmatic\u0103, pun\u00e2nd \u00een lumin\u0103 modul \u00een care sistemul limbic \u0219i neocortexul influen\u021beaz\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea. Programul a tratat inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103 dintr-o optic\u0103 nou\u0103, pun\u00e2nd accent pe creativitate \u0219i aplicabilitate imediat\u0103. Departe de a fi doar o prezentare teoretic\u0103, cursul a mizat pe exerci\u021bii practice \u0219i jocuri de rol, permi\u021b\u00e2nd profesorilor s\u0103 experimenteze direct conceptele \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate. Astfel, profesorii au simulat scenarii de lucru cu elevi proveni\u021bi din medii dezavantajate sau cu cerin\u021be educa\u021bionale speciale (CES), ceea ce reprezint\u0103 un preambul pentru viitoarele strategii didactice ce vor fi implementate \u00een s\u0103lile de clas\u0103 din cadrul Centrului \u0218colar de Educa\u021bie Incluziv\u0103 Buz\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAm \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 privim dincolo de comportamente, adres\u00e2ndu-ne nevoilor neurologice \u0219i emo\u021bionale ale elevului, ceea ce a reprezentat o confirmare a drumului pe care ne afl\u0103m \u00een abordarea elevilor no\u0219tri, ca temelie \u00een creionarea unor noi perspective \u0219i direc\u021bii de abordare a demersului didactic\u00a0 \u00een lucrul cu elevii cu CES\u201d<\/em>, a explicat\u00a0 prof. Elena Daniela Iva\u0219cu, director adjunct. Ora\u0219ul Versailles, cu elegan\u021ba sa istoric\u0103, \u0219i Parisul, metropola simbol a culturii europene, au devenit laboratoare vii de comunicare.<\/p>\n<p>Cadrele didactice au avut sarcini de lucru aplicative chiar \u00een inima capitalei franceze, unde au explorat cele patru dimensiuni ale comunic\u0103rii \u00een interac\u021biunea cu mediul urban. Vizitarea obiectivelor emblematice \u0219i imersiunea \u00een spiritul cultural francez au oferit profesorilor o perspectiv\u0103 extins\u0103 asupra diversit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a patrimoniului comun european, elemente esen\u021biale pentru a preda elevilor lor lec\u021bia toleran\u021bei \u0219i a deschiderii culturale.<\/p>\n<p>Totodat\u0103, cursul a integrat elemente de neuro\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103, explic\u00e2nd mecanismele biologice din spatele reac\u021biilor umane. \u00cen\u021belegerea modului \u00een care aceste componente interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru dezvoltarea rezilien\u021bei \u0219i a empatiei \u00een lucrul cu persoanele vulnerabile.<\/p>\n<h3>Incluziunea, de la concept la realitate<\/h3>\n<p>Ultima parte a stagiului a fost dedicat\u0103 incluziunii sociale \u0219i \u0219colare. Discu\u021biile au eviden\u021biat modele de bune practici pentru construirea unei \u201e\u0219coli incluzive\u201d autentice, \u00een care echipa format\u0103 din profesori, p\u0103rin\u021bi \u0219i elevi colaboreaz\u0103 str\u00e2ns. Participan\u021bii au fost instrui\u021bi \u00een utilizarea unor instrumente de coaching specifice pentru tinerii cu oportunit\u0103\u021bi reduse.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eParticiparea noastr\u0103 la proiectul Erasmus, axat pe dezvoltarea inteligen\u021bei emo\u021bionale, a avut un impact direct asupra activit\u0103\u021bii noastre ca profesori \u00een cadrul Centrului \u0218colar de Educa\u021bie Incluziv\u0103 Buz\u0103u. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 ne \u00een\u021belegem \u0219i s\u0103 ne gestion\u0103m mai bine emo\u021biile, dar \u0219i s\u0103 recunoa\u0219tem \u0219i s\u0103 r\u0103spundem adecvat nevoilor emo\u021bionale ale elevilor. Activit\u0103\u021bile practice, bazate pe empatie, comunicare \u0219i incluziune, ne-au ajutat s\u0103 cre\u0103m un mediu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare mai sigur \u0219i adaptat fiec\u0103rui copil. De asemenea, am con\u0219tientizat c\u00e2t de important este s\u0103 avem grij\u0103 de propriul echilibru emo\u021bional, pentru a putea oferi sprijin real \u0219i constant elevilor no\u0219tri\u201d<\/em>, a afirmat prof. Bianca Elena Iona\u0219cu, o alt\u0103 participant\u0103\u00a0 la mobilitate.<\/p>\n<h3>Noi parteneriate \u0219i extinderea re\u021belei Erasmus+<\/h3>\n<p>Dincolo de competen\u021bele dob\u00e2ndite, unul dintre cele mai importante c\u00e2\u0219tiguri ale acestui stagiu de formare la Versailles a fost networking-ul interna\u021bional. Aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 confirm\u0103 faptul c\u0103 o \u201e\u0219coal\u0103 incluziv\u0103\u201d nu se cl\u0103de\u0219te doar \u00eentre pere\u021bii unei clase, ci prin conexiuni umane, empatie \u0219i o viziune european\u0103 asupra educa\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAceast\u0103 mobilitate ne-a demonstrat c\u0103, \u00een educa\u021bia incluziv\u0103, cea mai scurt\u0103 distan\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre un profesor \u0219i un elev dezavantajat este inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103. Cursul ne-a oferit nu doar metode noi de lucru, ci \u0219i o viziune proasp\u0103t\u0103 asupra modului \u00een care putem valoriza poten\u021bialul fiec\u0103rui copil, indiferent de barierele sociale sau educa\u021bionale cu care se confrunt\u0103\u201d<\/em>, a concluzionat prof.
