It seems like every pop girl and their mother has teased new music this week: Gracie Abrams<\/a>, Ariana Grande<\/a>, Madonna<\/a>, and now, North West. Yes, the 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian<\/a> and Kanye West is joining the family business (we\u2019re of course referring to Kim\u2019s seminal single \u201cJam (Turn It Up)\u201d here), with her debut EP dropping this Friday.<\/p>\n

West announced the project, titled N0RTH4EVR, <\/em>via Instagram on April 27. A girl of few words, the post simply features of a photo of the EP\u2019s supposed cover art with the caption, \u201cMay 1 #n0rth4evr.\u201d The IG got a repost from Kim K (naturally), and according to her Spotify page<\/a>, the EP is expected to have six tracks.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t West\u2019s first foray into music \u2014 in 2025, the second-gen Kar-Jenner was featured on FKA Twigs\u2019 \u201cChildlike Things,\u201d and on Feb. 6, she dropped her first solo track, \u201cPiercing On My Hand.\u201d If the project is anything like the single, expect the burgeoning rapper to slide over an emo trap beat \u00e0 la Lil Uzi Vert or Playboi Carti.<\/p>\n

N0RTH4EVR <\/em>is available to stream May 1.<\/p>\n
