direct place in Q2 qualifying.<\/p>\n<p>Ducati has not made the start to the 2026 season expected, compared to where it was after three rounds of the previous year\u2019s campaign.<\/p>\n<p>But the Italian manufacturer looks to be in much better shape, albeit through its satellite teams, after Fabio Di Giannantonio led FP1, while Alex Marquez led Practice on the GP26.<\/p>\n<p>Alex Marquez won last year\u2019s Spanish Grand Prix, though he played down his chances of a repeat on Thursday when speaking to the media at Jerez.<\/p>\n<p>Championship leader Marco Bezzecchi was third overall at the end of Practice, as the dominant Aprilia got all four of its bikes into Q2.<\/p>\n<aside>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"mpu-block\">\n<div class=\"mpu-title\"><span>Article continues
