Autoritatea pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 \u0219i Ministerul Transporturilor au semnat miercuri, 22 aprilie 2026, contractele de finan\u021bare pentru achizi\u021bia a 20 de rame electrice interregionale \u0219i a 16 locomotive electrice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201eAst\u0103zi <\/em>(n.r. 22 aprilie 2026)<em> am semnat contractele de finan\u021bare, investi\u021bii majore prin care acceler\u0103m modernizarea transportului feroviar din Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i oferim cet\u0103\u021benilor servicii publice la standarde europene\u201d,<\/em> a anun\u021bat ministrul Transporturilor Ciprian \u0218erban.<\/p>\n<p>Noile rame electrice ar urma s\u0103 fie introduse treptat \u00een circula\u021bie, chiar din acest an, pe rute care conecteaz\u0103 regiunile istorice ale \u021b\u0103rii: Cluj-Napoca \u2013 Sighi\u0219oara \u2013 Bra\u0219ov; Cluj-Napoca \u2013 Alba Iulia \u2013 Simeria \u2013 T\u00e2rgu Jiu \u2013 Craiova; Bra\u0219ov \u2013 Ploie\u0219ti <strong>\u2013 Buz\u0103u<\/strong> \u2013 Foc\u0219ani \u2013 Bac\u0103u \u2013 Pa\u0219cani \u2013 Ia\u0219i \/ Suceava; Gala\u021bi \u2013 Br\u0103ila \u2013 Constan\u021ba \u2013 Mangalia, precum \u0219i Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i. De asemenea, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce lucr\u0103rile de electrificare aflate \u00een execu\u021bie vor fi finalizate, trenurile vor circula \u0219i pe rute suplimentare esen\u021biale pentru dezvoltarea mobilit\u0103\u021bii regionale, respectiv Oradea \u2013 Cluj-Napoca \u2013 Bra\u0219ov \u0219i Cluj-Napoca \u2013 Craiova \u2013 Calafat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen paralel, cele 16 locomotive electrice vor asigura serviciul pe rute de lung parcurs esen\u021biale pentru conectivitatea na\u021bional\u0103: Dej \u2013 Bra\u0219ov \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Constan\u021ba; Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Arad \u2013 Bra\u0219ov \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Constan\u021ba; Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Cluj-Napoca \u2013 Ia\u0219i; Ia\u0219i \/ Suceava \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Constan\u021ba.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eInvestim \u00een trenuri moderne, \u00een leg\u0103turi mai rapide \u00eentre ora\u0219e, \u00een confort sporit pentru c\u0103l\u0103tori \u0219i \u00eentr-un transport curat, sigur \u0219i eficient. Autorit\u0103\u021bile au efectuat recent \u0219i recep\u021bia pentru punerea \u00een serviciul comercial cu c\u0103l\u0103tori a unor noi trenuri livrate de constructorul polonez PESA. Cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, a fost semnat \u0219i procesul-verbal de recep\u021bie pentru punerea \u00een serviciul comercial cu c\u0103l\u0103tori, prin care s-a realizat transferul dreptului de proprietate asupra unit\u0103\u021bilor electrice regionale mai sus-men\u021bionate, de la furnizor la beneficiar, respectiv de la PESA c\u0103tre Autoritatea Feroviar\u0103 Rom\u00e2n\u0103 (ARF). Totodat\u0103, s-a convenit ca PESA s\u0103 de\u021bin\u0103 \u00een custodie ramele electrice regionale p\u00e2n\u0103 la predarea acestora c\u0103tre un operator de transport feroviar de c\u0103tre ARF, \u00een acelea\u0219i condi\u021bii stabilite \u0219i la celelalte rame recep\u021bionate de ARF, potrivit Profit.ro.<\/p>\n<p>Ramele electrice de lung parcurs (InterRegio) trebuie s\u0103 ofere o capacitate de cel pu\u021bin 160 de locuri pe scaune, 160 de locuri \u00een picioare \u0219i 16 locuri pentru biciclete. Valoarea cumulat\u0103 a acestor investi\u021bii dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 250 de milioane de euro, inclusiv TVA.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eenceputul anului polonezii de la PESA au trimis spre Rom\u00e2nia cinci rame regionale, a \u0219asea fiind de asemenea pe drum, parte a celui mai amplu contract de achizi\u021bie de material rulant din ultimii 20 de ani, derulat de Autoritatea pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 (ARF) cu finan\u021bare european\u0103. Toate ramele livrate p\u00e2n\u0103 acum fac parte din contractul de achizi\u021bie a 62 de rame electrice regionale, \u00eencheiat \u00eentre ARF \u0219i PESA la \u00eenceputul anului 2024.
