Ultima statistic\u0103 public\u0103 despre personalul STB s-a oprit la 2023. Sc\u0103derea vine aproape integral din zona operativ\u0103. Num\u0103rul celor care conduc vehiculele a cobor\u00e2t de la 9.363 la 8.311 persoane, un minus de peste 1.000 de oameni. Ciucu a transmis recent c\u0103 gata s\u0103 bage STB \u00een insolven\u021b\u0103. <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen contrapartid\u0103, personalul TESA (Tehnic, Economic \u0219i Socio-Administrativ,\u00a0 care asigur\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile de suport, administrativ, tehnic \u0219i de \u00eentre\u021binere) a crescut \u00een acela\u0219i interval de la 1.039 la 1.082 persoane, iar conducerea a r\u0103mas stabil\u0103. Practic, compania a pierdut fix resursa care sus\u021bine serviciul.<\/p>\n<p>Cea mai mare sc\u0103dere este la \u0219oferii de troleibuze. Num\u0103rul conduc\u0103torilor a sc\u0103zut de la 885 \u00een 2021 la doar 114 \u0219oferi \u00een 2025, o reducere de aproape 90%. Din datele de personal, nu de parc auto, apare c\u0103 autobuzele au absorbit pierderea de la troleibuze. Num\u0103rul \u0219oferilor de autobuze a crescut de la 2.955 la 3.379. Tramvaiul a avut varia\u021bii minore, de la 897 la 856 \u0219oferi. La \u00eenceputul anului, proiectul privind majorarea pre\u021bului unei c\u0103l\u0103torii metropolitane de la 3 lei la 5 lei a fost respins de Consiliul General al Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti. Ce tarife mai prevedea proiectul: dou\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103torii \u2013 10 lei, zece c\u0103l\u0103torii\u00a0 \u2013 40 de lei, abonament\/24 ore \u2013 14 lei, abonament\/72 ore \u2013 30 de lei, abonament\/7 zile \u2013 45 de lei, abonament\/1 lun\u0103 \u2013 100 de lei, abonament redus 50%\/1 lun\u0103 \u2013 50 de lei, abonament\/ 6 luni \u2013 500 de lei, abonament\/12 luni \u2013 900 de lei, c\u0103l\u0103torie la tarif special \u2013 supra-taxa \u2013 200 de lei. Noul primar al Capitalei, Ciprian Ciucu, anun\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 este necesar\u0103 cre\u0219terea pre\u021bului pentru c\u0103l\u0103toriile cu STB. <\/p>\n<p>El argumenteaz\u0103 prin faptul c\u0103 situa\u021bia financiar\u0103 a Prim\u0103riei este \u201ejenant\u0103\u201d, av\u00e2nd doar 5 milioane de lei \u00een conturi, sume comparabile cu ale unora dintre rom\u00e2nii boga\u021bi.
