Reteta prezentata aici este una cu blat pufos, tip pandispan. Se poate face atat cu cacao, cat si fara, in functie de preferinta fiecaruia.Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri si se bat spuma, impreuna cu zaharul, cu ajutorul mixerului. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu untul topit si se adauga peste albusuri. Faina, zaharul vanilat (se poate folosi esenta de vanilie) si cacao (daca se opteaza si pentru ea) se incorporeaza si ele cu grija, amestecand usor, de jos in sus, pentru a mentine textura spumoasa. Toata compozitia se toarna intr-o tava unsa cu unt si tapetata cu gris sau faina in prealabil, peste care presaram zmeura pe intreaga suprafata a tavii si se baga in cuptorul bine incins, pentru circa 30-40 de minute.Cand este gata, se scoate tava si se presara zaharul pudra pe deasupra si se lasa sa se raceasca, pentru a putea fi taiata fara sa se sfarame, dupa care se poate servi.Bauturi care ajuta la detoxifierea ficatului.
