I&#8217;m not a whistleblower or a Swalwell survivor &#8212; but was simply sharing an anecdote of an event that occurred at one of these many meetings. The event was in a public space with witnesses. After reviewing documents,\u00a0the event occurred at a DNC meeting in 2017. The point has always been about his recklessness and demanding democratic leadership have better modes of accountability.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-a9d66b4782af6c1df67f164ecbd2895a\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>The woman who claims <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/people\/eric-swalwell\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>Eric Swalwell<\/strong><\/a> made her &#8220;uncomfortable&#8221; at a Democratic National Convention event appears to have her facts mixed up, because we obtained photos showing Swalwell wasn&#8217;t there. She stands by her story but admits she mixed up the dates. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-da496dcf98183f25aedac675769aa6e0\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the deal &#8230; Nomiki Konst last week alleged she and Swalwell had an interaction at a 2018 DNC gathering in Chicago, which ran from August 23 through August 25, that made her &#8220;uncomfortable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-31c74e5fc20cfaa2ea9061dae2ad4aa0\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>Konst, who is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/people\/bill-de-blasio\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>Bill de Blasio<\/strong><\/a>&#8216;s ex-girlfriend, went on a podcast and claimed Swalwell brought her a glass of Prosecco and &#8220;zoomed&#8221; in on her.\u00a0She also said he became &#8220;touchy-feely, touching my hands.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-df51443345633ba99fb74452fe731a61\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block &#8230; and she claimed, &#8220;He was doing it out in the open at a DNC meeting with <strong>Donna Brazile<\/strong>, with Senators and Congress members and press.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section
