TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-afd7357c38a6cfea108ce1eec73cad0b\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>Matthew\u2019s estranged wife, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/people\/heather-ammel\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>Heather Ammel<\/strong><\/a>, submitted alleged 2024 messages that the former Arizona senator sent.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-30ee7739779caada25f72bdce318a1f8\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>In the paperwork obtained by TMZ, Heather said Kyrsten sent Matthew a concert ticket via text in June 2024 to see the singer <strong>Noah Kahan<\/strong> &#8230; adding, \u201cI cannot sleep, I am miserable, and I want at least one of my pens back. You have them both. Pls give me one back now.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-7305c8fdadfd32b34818bfee53ff65e6\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>As TMZ first reported, Heather <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/04\/17\/kyrsten-sinema-apparent-texts-to-married-bf-revealed\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>included another alleged direct message<\/strong><\/a> that Krysten sent Matthew via Instagram in October 2024 in which she said, \u201cI miss you. Putting my hand on your heart.
