Li\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge will close out the spring classics with a whallop this Sunday, April 26.<\/p>\n

A titan battle between Tadej Poga\u010dar, Paul Seixas, and Remco Evenepoel headlines what could be a men\u2019s race for the ages.<\/p>\n

Later the same day, Demi Vollering will be out to reassert her status as Queen of the Ardennes after she was twice thwarted in La Doyenne.<\/p>\n

A pack of on-form rivals has other plans.<\/p>\n

Li\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge is the forgotten monster of monument season.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no pav\u00e9<\/em> on the menu for Sunday\u2019s double-header, but there\u2019s more vertical gain than the hardest Tour de France stages.<\/p>\n

An overload of long hills, short hills, shallow hills, steep hills, and the notorious La Redoute makes LBL as grueling as Flanders and Roubaix, but in a different way.<\/p>\n

All eyes will be on Pogi, Paul, and Remco in the men\u2019s race. But there will be more to La Doyenne than these three \u2013 Tom Pidcock, Julian Alaphilippe, and Mattias Skjelmose will no doubt have a part to play.<\/p>\n

Likewise in the women\u2019s race. Pauline Ferrand-Pr\u00e9vot, Kasia Niewiadoma, Puck Pieterse, and Noemi R\u00fcegg will be on Vollering\u2019s heels on the ride up to Li\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n

\nLi\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge Femmes (156km):<\/strong> Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge \u2013 13:30 to 17:50 CET approx<\/p>\n

Both Li\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge and Li\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge Femmes will be broadcast live worldwide, and post-event highlights packages will also be available.<\/p>\n

U.S. viewers take note \u2013 LBL and the preceding La Fl\u00e8che Wallonne (Wednesday, April 22) are being broadcast by Peacock after FloBikes won the bidding war for the recent Amstel Gold Race.<\/p>\n
