Contin putine ingrediente, iar gustul si savoarea merita tot efortul si timpul investit. Iata reteta:Ingrediente- placinte ardelenesti:1 kg de faina;1 cub de drojdie de bere;1 lingura de ulei;putina sare;apa calduta.Umplutura:piure de cartofi;varza murata taiata marunt si calita cu putin ulei;verdeata taiata marunt si calita cu putin ulei si sare ( marar, ceapa verde, spanac, loboda).Mod de preparareDrojdia se va lasa la inmuiat intr-un pahar cu apa calduta pana cand se topeste, apoi o amestecam cu faina, uleiul si un praf de sare si vom adauga atata apa calduta cat sa se formeze un aluat ce se va putea intinde.Trebuie framantat foarte bine si lasat la dospit aproximativ jumatate de ora, pana cand vedem ca a crescut suficient de mult pentru a putea face placintele. Cand dospeste aluatul, ideal este sa-l tineti intr-un loc cald si sa acoperiti vasul in care este, cu un prosop.Cand a terminat de dospit, taiati in bucati pe care le veti rotunji in palma si ii veti da o forma rotunda pe care o veti intinde apoi cu facaletul si veti obtine o foaie rotunda de aproximativ 1 cm grosime si de marimea unei farfurii plate.Cele mai cautate sunt placintele cu cartofi,(cartofi fierti, facuti piure), dar in funtie de preferinta puteti sa umpleti placintele cu umplutura cu care doriti, dar dupa ce aceasta s-a racit.Dupa ce ati asezat umplutura in centru, prindeti marginile si unitile la mijloc, apoi intindeti cu facaletul pentru a le da forma rotunda si plata. Cand ati terminat de umplut toate placintele le prajiti in ulei.Puteti sa folositi baie de ulei pentru a fi perfect rumene pe toata suprafata (acestea se vor numi langosi) sau puteti sa puneti in tigaie doar putin ulei. Prajiti-le pe ambele parti. Dupa ce sunt prajite puteti sa radeti peste ele cascaval si sa puneti smantana.De ce este recomandat sa consumi leurda, cea mai energizanta planta de primavara.
