Coace aluatul in cuptorul preincalzit la 180?C, timp de aproximativ 15-20 de minute, pana devine rumen si crocant. Procedeaza la fel si cu cea de-a doua foaie de foitaj.Dupa coacere, scoate tava din cuptor si lasa fasiile de aluat sa se raceasca complet.Intr-un bol, pune smantana pentru frisca, adauga zaharul pudra, esenta de vanilie si branza mascarpone. Mixeaza bine pana obtii o crema fina, omogena si stabila.Intinde o folie alimentara pe blatul de lucru. Pune un strat subtire de crema, apoi asaza un strat de fasii de aluat copt.
