Joe, and Transformers. Now, though, we have confirmation it\u2019s actually moving forward.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">In September, Tim Willits, development chief at Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 studio Saber Interactive, told IGN that <a class=\"link jsx-1337145738 jsx-3925284146 underlined\" data-cy=\"styled-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/i-saw-that-and-i-was-like-thats-gotta-be-us-if-world-war-z-2-happens-its-because-30-million-people-played-the-world-war-z-video-game-developer-insists\">he believed the popularity of its World War Z video game helped convince executives at Paramount to greenlight the sequel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">\u201c30 million people have played that game. Isn&#8217;t that crazy? 30 million unique people,\u201d Willits said. \u201cThey have not told me this \u2014 I&#8217;ll probably get in trouble! \u2014 they have not told me this, but maybe IGN put this on Instagram, that there&#8217;s talk at Paramount about making another World War Z.
