They tend to rank Tesla drivers the third worst, or the second worst. So they certainly don\u2019t need any more distractions.<\/p>\n<div class=\"not-prose my-8 -mx-5 xs:max-w-xs xs:mx-auto\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">But here\u2019s the good news: with the arrival of the Tesla software Spring Update 2026, Tesla drivers might be slightly less distracted by Grok while they\u2019re driving, because now they can activate their favorite chatbot by saying \u201cHey Grok.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"od-wrapper od-wrapper-both  od-background\">\n<div id=\"optidigital-adslot-Mobile_Pos1\" class=\"Mobile_Pos1 od-mobile\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"optidigital-adslot-Content_1\" class=\"Content_1 od-desktop\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">When Grok was added to Tesla\u2019s last year, it seemed a little haphazard. You couldn\u2019t, for instance, ask it about the status of your car, or instruct it to, say, turn the heat up.
