Las-o la scurs, apoi taie frunzele in fasii potrivite. Nu o toca foarte fin, pentru a pastra textura placuta in preparatul final.Cum prepari placinta aperitiv cu leurda si oua fierteToaca ceapa verde si pune-o intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei. Caleste-o la foc mic pana devine moale si usor translucida, fara sa o rumenesti.Adauga leurda peste ceapa si amesteca usor. Gateste doar 1-2 minute, pana cand se inmoaie si isi reduce volumul. Este important sa nu o gatesti prea mult, pentru a pastra culoarea verde intens si aroma proaspata.Lasa compozitia sa se raceasca complet.Intr-un bol mare, sparge ouale crude si bate-le usor cu un praf de sare si piper. Adauga smantana sau iaurtul si amesteca pana obtii o compozitie omogena.Incorporeaza leurda si ceapa racite, apoi adauga mararul si patrunjelul tocate fin. Daca folosesti branza, sfaram-o si amestec-o in compozitie.Presara grisul si amesteca bine &#8212; acesta va absorbi excesul de umiditate si va ajuta la legarea preparatului.Tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt sau unge-o cu putin ulei.Toarna jumatate din compozitie in tava si niveleaza usor. Asaza ouale fierte (intregi sau taiate pe lung), distribuindu-le uniform.Acopera cu restul compozitiei si niveleaza din nou.Introdu tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180?C si coace delicioasa placinta aperitiv cu leurda si oua fierte timp de 35-40 de minute, pana cand este bine inchegata si frumos rumenita deasupra.Scoate tava din cuptor si lasa preparatul sa se raceasca cel putin 15-20 de minute inainte de taiere.
