TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-1de59454f6015912ccea6edcce576e59\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default  \" data-context='{\"section\":\"permalink\",\"name\":\"text_block\"}'>\n<p>According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the feds provided the defense team for Anna\u2019s accused stepbro &#8212; This week, T.H. was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/04\/13\/anna-kepner-stepbrother-allegedly-raped-her-before-murder\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>charged as an adult<\/strong><\/a>, and
