Ellery Manning has wasted no time becoming a household name in snowboarding. Just two winters ago, she got a last-minute call-up as an alternate for Robin Van Gyn\u2019s RND event \u2014 then promptly stole the show, taking the win and earning herself a spot on the 2025 Natural Selection roster.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t just the result that turned heads, either. Ellery\u2019s calm, composed flow in serious freeride terrain naturally caught the eye of the snowboard industry as one of the brightest new riders in the scene.<\/p>\n

Fast forward to 2026 and she\u2019s still building momentum. Alongside her contest results, her short film Facing Giants<\/em> offers a closer look at her journey to Natural Selection, adding depth to what\u2019s already been a seriously impressive rise for the 19 year old. And, as of now, she\u2019s been warmly welcomed to the Nidecker Snowboards<\/a> team as part of their growing roster of standout North American talent. From here on, you\u2019ll see Ellery rocking a full suite of hardgoods (she\u2019s a fan of the Venus Plus snowboard<\/a>, Kaon Plus bindings<\/a> and Rift Pro boots<\/a> FYI)<\/p>\n

When asked about joining the Swiss brand Ellery said \u201cNidecker felt like a really natural fit for me because the brand is so f<\/em>orward-focused. I can truly see myself growing and thriving in that environment. I\u2019m really looking forward to <\/em>working on some film projects and just continuing to have fun in the mountains.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

Tom Pelley (Nidecker\u2019s Global Sports Marketing Manager) is equally stoked, touting Ellery as \u201cthe real deal<\/em>\u201d and \u201ca young rider with a great attitude and insane potential.
