Prima etap\u0103, desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00een sistem online (evaluare \u00een sistem na\u021bional) a avut loc pe 28 martie \u0219i a fost decisiv\u0103 pentru accederea \u00een faza final\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Urm\u0103toarea etap\u0103, care va stabili ierarhia final\u0103, precizeaz\u0103 profesoara Cristina Maican, \u00a0se va desf\u0103\u0219ura sub form\u0103 de interviu, \u00eentre 17 \u0219i 19 aprilie la Ploie\u0219ti, \u0219i va oferi participantelor oportunitatea de a-\u0219i demonstra competen\u021bele \u00eentr-un context interactiv \u0219i aplicat.<\/p>\n<div alt><\/a><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Calificarea celor \u0219ase eleve reprezint\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 reu\u0219ita individual\u0103, \u0219i un indicator al calit\u0103\u021bii actului educa\u021bional din cadrul profilului pedagogic, eviden\u021biind importan\u021ba form\u0103rii viitorilor speciali\u0219ti \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i psihologie.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Teodora-Florina \u0218tefan, eleva care transform\u0103 vulnerabilitatea \u00een motiva\u021bie pentru a-i ajuta pe ceilal\u021bi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Teodora-Florina \u0218tefan<\/strong> este o elev\u0103 pasionat\u0103 de psihologie care reu\u0219e\u0219te s\u0103-\u0219i contureze un parcurs impresionant \u00een domeniul socio-uman, particip\u00e2nd la Olimpiada de Pedagogie-Psihologie. Povestea ei\u00a0 \u00eencepe cu o experien\u021b\u0103 personal\u0103 profund\u0103, care i-a schimbat perspectiva asupra vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Interesul pentru studiul comportamentului uman a ap\u0103rut \u00eenc\u0103 din gimnaziu, \u00eentr-un moment dificil pentru ea: <em>\u201e\u00cen clasa a VII-a am avut o stare de post-depresie \u0219i am mers la psihoterapeut, unde am descoperit dorin\u021ba mea de a ajuta oamenii \u0219i de a fi activ\u0103 \u00een societate\u201d<\/em>. Aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 a devenit punctul de plecare al unei motiva\u021bii puternice, orientate spre \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i sprijinirea celor din jur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i din acest motiv, participarea la olimpiad\u0103 nu a fost \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103toare. Eleva m\u0103rturise\u0219te c\u0103 decizia a venit firesc: <em>\u201eFaptul c\u0103 \u00eemi doresc s\u0103 merg mai departe \u00een aceast\u0103 arie\u201d<\/em> a fost principalul impuls. \u00cen spatele acestei alegeri se afl\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 mult\u0103 munc\u0103 \u0219i disciplin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Preg\u0103tirea pentru competi\u021bie a presupus un efort constant \u0219i o abordare profund\u0103 a materiei: <em>\u201eAm \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat constant, mi-am structurat materialele de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i am c\u0103utat s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg conceptele, nu s\u0103 le memorez mecanic\u201d<\/em>. Un rol esen\u021bial \u00een acest proces l-a avut profesoara sa, Cristina Maican, care i-a fost al\u0103turi pe tot parcursul studiului.<\/p>\n<p>Cu toate acestea, drumul spre performan\u021b\u0103 pres\u0103rat cu obstacole. Cea mai mare provocare a fost gestionarea presiunii. <em>\u201eA existat un nivel constant de stres, mai ales \u00een momentele \u00een care sim\u021beam c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 ating anumite a\u0219tept\u0103ri sau s\u0103 m\u0103 autodep\u0103\u0219esc\u201d<\/em>, spune Teodora. \u00cen timpul concursului, emo\u021biile au devenit cople\u0219itoare: <em>\u201eM-am sim\u021bit cople\u0219it\u0103 \u0219i ne\u00een\u021beleas\u0103, am avut st\u0103ri de r\u0103u \u0219i multe momente \u00een care am vrut s\u0103 renun\u021b\u201d<\/em>. Sprijinul celor apropia\u021bi a f\u0103cut \u00eens\u0103 diferen\u021ba: <em>\u201eCu ajutorul familiei \u0219i al prietenilor am reu\u0219it s\u0103 merg mai departe \u0219i s\u0103 fiu focusat\u0103\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Din punct de vedere academic, eleva este atras\u0103 de teme care explic\u0103 profunzimea tr\u0103irilor umane. <em>\u201eAfectivitatea a fost subiectul meu favorit deoarece mi-a oferit ni\u0219te r\u0103spunsuri legate de comportamentul uman\u201d<\/em>, afirm\u0103 aceasta. Pentru a \u00een\u021belege conceptele dificile, a folosit metode variate: <em>\u201eAm folosit inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 pentru a clarifica conceptele mai dificile apoi am completat informa\u021biile prin articole \u0219i materiale\u201d<\/em>, realiz\u00e2nd \u00een paralel <em>\u201epropriile scheme \u0219i sinteze\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Viziunea sa asupra psihologiei este una clar\u0103 \u0219i aplicat\u0103: <em>\u201ePsihologia are rolul de a explica ceea ce e\u0219ti, ceea ce faci \u0219i de ce faci acele lucruri. A\u0219 putea s\u0103 o asem\u0103n cu un manual de utilizare al emo\u021biilor \u0219i al min\u021bii umane\u201d<\/em>. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, ea con\u0219tientizeaz\u0103 complexitatea domeniului, subliniind c\u0103 acesta <em>\u201ene poate fi \u0219i prieten dar \u0219i du\u0219man\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Printre conceptele care o fascineaz\u0103 se num\u0103r\u0103 mnemotehnicile, pe care le vede ca instrumente practice de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare: <em>\u201eArat\u0103 c\u00e2t de mult poate fi optimizat\u0103 memoria prin crearea de acronime, pove\u0219ti sau imagini mentale sugestive\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Experien\u021ba olimpiadei a contribuit la dezvoltarea personal\u0103 a elevei: <em>\u201eAm \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103-mi valorific timpul, s\u0103 identific esen\u021ba lucrurilor \u0219i chiar anumite subiecte m-au ajutat s\u0103 m\u0103 descop\u0103r\u201d<\/em>. Acest parcurs a devenit pentru ea o etap\u0103 de autocunoa\u0219tere.<\/p>\n<p>Planurile de viitor ale Teodorei sunt deja bine conturate. Eleva \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103 urmeze o carier\u0103 \u00een psihologie, motivat\u0103 de propriile tr\u0103iri: <em>\u201eVreau s\u0103 ajut oamenii ca mine care se simt ne\u00een\u021bele\u0219i, l\u0103sa\u021bi pe dinafar\u0103. Fiecare om are nevoie de un sprijin\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimul timp psihologia a devenit mai accesibil\u0103, schimbarea fiind subliniat\u0103 \u0219i de Teodora: <em>\u201ePsihologia nu mai este considerat\u0103 un subiect tabu \u0219i tot mai mul\u021bi oameni fac terapie \u0219i au acces la diverse webinare \u0219i \u0219edin\u021be compensate\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Teodora \u00a0reu\u0219e\u0219te s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i transforme propriile vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een resurs\u0103 pentru a-i sprijini pe ceilal\u021bi, demonstr\u00e2nd c\u0103 performan\u021ba academic\u0103 poate avea la baz\u0103 ambi\u021bia, empatia \u0219i, mai ales, dorin\u021ba autentic\u0103 de a face bine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Iulia-Maria Ghinea<\/strong>, <strong>eleva care vede psihologia drept \u201emanualul de utilizare\u201d al min\u021bii<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Iulia-Maria Ghinea<\/strong>, elev\u0103 pasionat\u0103 de psihologie \u0219i de pedagogie, \u0219i-a construit, \u00een cei patru ani de liceu, un parcurs marcat de rigoare, reflec\u021bie \u0219i o preocupare constant\u0103 pentru \u00een\u021belegerea comportamentului uman. Interesul s\u0103u pentru acest domeniu\u00a0 s-a conturat treptat, at\u00e2t prin studiul disciplinelor de specialitate, c\u00e2t \u0219i prin experien\u021bele din practica pedagogic\u0103. <em>\u201eAm dezvoltat un interes aparte pentru aceast\u0103 disciplin\u0103, precum \u0219i pentru \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i observarea comportamentului uman\u201d<\/em>, m\u0103rturise\u0219te eleva.<\/p>\n<p>Motiva\u021bia de a aprofunda psihologia a determinat-o s\u0103 participe la Olimpiada de Pedagogie-Psihologie, competi\u021bie pe care o vede ca pe o provocare intelectual\u0103 \u0219i ca pe o oportunitate de afirmare. <em>\u201eAm fost motivat\u0103 de dorin\u021ba de a-mi \u00eembog\u0103\u021bi cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i de a valorifica aceast\u0103 pasiune \u00eentr-un rezultat deosebit, care s\u0103 aduc\u0103 cinste institu\u021biei \u0219colare\u201d<\/em>, explic\u0103 Maria Ghinea.<\/p>\n<p>Preg\u0103tirea pentru olimpiad\u0103 nu a fost lipsit\u0103 de dificult\u0103\u021bi. Cea mai mare provocare a fost, dup\u0103 cum afirm\u0103 eleva, <em>\u201eacoperirea \u0219i aprofundarea \u00eentregii materii prev\u0103zute \u00een programa olimpiadei\u201d<\/em>, un proces care a presupus disciplin\u0103 \u0219i efort sus\u021binut. \u00cen acest parcurs, rolul profesorilor a fost esen\u021bial. Eleva vorbe\u0219te cu recuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 despre cele dou\u0103 repere formative: <em>\u201eDoamna profesoar\u0103 Cristina Maican, prin rigoarea \u0219i pasiunea sa pentru psihologie, \u0219i doamna profesoar\u0103 Teodora \u00a0B\u0103ducu mi-au fost repere fundamentale\u201d<\/em>. Alegerea de a intra \u00een competi\u021bie vine, astfel, dintr-o motiva\u021bie asumat\u0103, orientat\u0103 spre verificarea propriului poten\u021bial.<\/p>\n<p>Preg\u0103tirea pentru olimpiad\u0103 a \u00eenceput odat\u0103 cu confruntarea direct\u0103 cu o disciplin\u0103 necunoscut\u0103: <em>\u201e\u00cen clasa a XI-a\u00a0 am avut de a face cu o disciplin\u0103 complet nou\u0103\u201d.<\/em> Ulterior, dificult\u0103\u021bile s-au concentrat asupra organiz\u0103rii timpului \u0219i a ritmului de lucru: <em>\u201e\u00cemi pune la \u00eencercare abilit\u0103\u021bile de gestionare a timpului, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een urm\u0103 cu activitatea la clas\u0103\u201d<\/em>. \u00cen paralel, eleva subliniaz\u0103 efortul constant de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare: <em>\u201eCapacitatea de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba concepte noi \u0219i de a le aprofunda pe cele cu care deja sunt familiarizat\u0103\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un element central \u00een parcursul s\u0103u este rela\u021bia cu profesoara de pedagogie. Strategia indic\u0103 o abordare structurat\u0103, orientat\u0103 spre sistematizare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen timpul concursului, experien\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103 a fost intens\u0103, dup\u0103 cum recunoa\u0219te: <em>\u201eEmo\u021biile \u00een timpul concursului au fost intense\u201d<\/em>.
