Doar dou\u0103 state europene ar avea rezerve de urgen\u021b\u0103 pentru p\u00e2n\u0103 la 90 de zile. Majoritatea \u021b\u0103rilor nu ar putea rezista mai mult de 30 de zile. Unele ar avea chiar doar 8-10 zile de autonomie.<\/p>\n<p>Situa\u021bia este agravat\u0103 de conflictul din Orientul Mijlociu. Blocajele din Str\u00e2mtoarea Ormuz au redus drastic livr\u0103rile de petrol \u0219i produse rafinate c\u0103tre Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit datelor, aproximativ 43% din necesarul anual de combustibil pentru avia\u021bie al Europei provine din Golful Persic. \u00cen lipsa acestor importuri, aeroporturile \u00eencep s\u0103 resimt\u0103 presiuni. \u00cen unele cazuri, sunt impuse limite la cantitatea de combustibil pentru fiecare avion sau sunt prioritizate zborurile comerciale \u00een detrimentul celor private.<\/p>\n<p>Capacit\u0103\u021bile de rafinare din Europa func\u021bioneaz\u0103 deja la maximum. Astfel, produc\u021bia intern\u0103 nu poate compensa rapid deficitul. \u00cen acest context, luna mai devine critic\u0103 pentru sectorul aviatic.<\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 semnale c\u0103 unele state din Europa de Est sunt cele mai vulnerabile, dar \u0219i \u021b\u0103ri mici din vestul continentului ar putea fi afectate. \u00cen cazul Italiei, rezervele sunt estimate la 30-60 de zile, iar autorit\u0103\u021bile sus\u021bin c\u0103 exist\u0103 combustibil cel pu\u021bin p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul lunii mai.<\/p>\n<p>Reluarea transportului prin Ormuz nu ar rezolva imediat problema. Costurile ridicate de asigurare pentru petroliere \u0219i timpul necesar pentru livr\u0103ri, care poate ajunge la dou\u0103 luni, \u00eent\u00e2rzie refacerea stocurilor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen prezent, singura alternativ\u0103 major\u0103 pentru Europa r\u0103m\u00e2n Statele Unite, \u00eens\u0103 livr\u0103rile depind de pre\u021buri \u0219i condi\u021bii comerciale.
