La nivelul Uniunii Europene, pre\u021burile terenurilor arabile variaz\u0103 semnificativ, de la un minim de aproximativ 4.800 euro\/hectar \u00een Letonia, p\u00e2n\u0103 la un maxim de peste 200.000 euro\/hectar \u00een Malta.<\/p>\n<p>Datele statistice arat\u0103 c\u0103, fa\u021b\u0103 de anul anterior, Rom\u00e2nia a \u00eenregistrat, \u00een 2024, o cre\u0219tere de aproximativ 4% a pre\u021bului mediu al terenurilor arabile. Cele mai scumpe terenuri arabile din \u021bar\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00een regiunea Bucure\u0219ti\u2013Ilfov, unde pre\u021bul mediu a dep\u0103\u0219it 62.000 de lei\/hectar.
