Foto: Shutterstock<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Metrorex a solicitat pentru 2026 o subven\u021bie de 1,2 miliarde de lei de la Ministerul Transporturilor. A primit 761 de milioane de lei, adic\u0103 62% din suma cerut\u0103. Deficitul de finan\u021bare rezultat, de peste 451 de milioane de lei, a fost folosit ca argument principal pentru majorarea tarifelor cu aproximativ 40%.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit proiectului de Ordin al ministrului transporturilor, noile tarife vor fi: bilet unic 6,50 lei (fa\u021b\u0103 de 4,5 lei), abonament lunar 126 de lei (fa\u021b\u0103 de 90 de lei), abonament anual 1.170 de lei (fa\u021b\u0103 de 810 de lei). Titlurile de transport comune Metrorex-STB vor fi \u0219i ele mai scumpe: o c\u0103l\u0103torie va ajunge la 7 lei, abonamentul lunar la 140 de lei, iar cel anual la 1.300 de lei.<\/p>\n<p>Compania estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 majorarea va genera venituri suplimentare de circa 10,2 milioane de lei pe lun\u0103 din v\u00e2nzarea biletelor.<\/p>\n<h2>Salariul mediu brut \u00een Metrorex\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Contextul financiar al Metrorex este \u00eens\u0103 mai larg. Compania, cu aproximativ 5.000 de angaja\u021bi, a bugetat cheltuieli cu personalul de peste 1 miliard de lei. Salariul mediu brut al unui angajat este de aproximativ 15.400 de lei pe lun\u0103, adic\u0103 aproximativ 9.000 de lei net.<\/p>\n<p>Dintre cei 5.000 de angaja\u021bi, 186 sunt responsabili exclusiv de v\u00e2nzarea cartelelor la ghi\u0219eu. Costul lor anual este de aproximativ 35 milioane de lei.<\/p>\n<p>Problema nu este c\u0103 ace\u0219ti oameni exist\u0103, ci c\u0103 exist\u0103 \u00een paralel cu o infrastructur\u0103 care \u00eei face redundan\u021bi. Metrorex opereaz\u0103 \u00een prezent 269 de automate de v\u00e2ndut cartele, a lansat anul trecut o platform\u0103 online pentru achizi\u021bia abonamentelor \u0219i a instalat turniche\u021bi noi care permit plata direct\u0103 cu cardul sau cu telefonul mobil.<\/p>\n<h2>Adrian Negrescu: \u201eO scumpire succesiv\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 absolut niciun precedent\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Decizia adoptat\u0103 de Metrorex \u0219i validat\u0103 de Ministerul Transporturilor este criticat\u0103 dur de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-interne\/societate\/reactia-unui-economist-dupa-scumpirea-2520787.html\">analistul economic Adrian Negrescu<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eMetrorex vrea s\u0103 creasc\u0103 pre\u021bul c\u0103l\u0103toriei cu metroul de la 5 la 7 lei. Aceast\u0103 decizie extrem de controversat\u0103 vine la doar un an dup\u0103 ce tariful a fost crescut brusc de la 3 la 5 lei. Vorbim despre o scumpire succesiv\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 absolut niciun precedent pe pia\u021ba transporturilor de c\u0103l\u0103tori din Rom\u00e2nia. C\u00e2t vor costa biletele<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Scumpirea nu este \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de nicio \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire vizibil\u0103 a serviciilor, atrage aten\u021bia analistul:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eC\u0103l\u0103torii se confrunt\u0103 zilnic cu aglomera\u021bie, trenuri vechi f\u0103r\u0103 aer condi\u021bionat \u0219i \u00eent\u00e2rzieri majore \u00een livrarea noilor garnituri din contractele publice. Astfel, singura explica\u021bie a scumpirii pare s\u0103 fie acoperirea nivelului salarial din cadrul companiei&#8221;<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h2>Cum v\u0103d c\u0103l\u0103torii scumpirea<\/h2>\n<p>Decizia Metrorex a aprins discu\u021biile pe Reddit, unde utilizatorii rom\u00e2ni au reac\u021bionat acid. Unul dintre cele mai apreciate comentarii vizeaz\u0103 exact problema angaja\u021bilor de la v\u00e2nz\u0103ri: <\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eT\u0103nticile alea \u00eemping\u0103toare de aer de v\u00e2nd bilete, cate 3-4 per sta\u021bie, de\u0219i exista automate de bilete? Paznicii aia care sunt la pensie si nu mi\u0219c\u0103 nimic? \u0218efii \u0219i \u0219efu\u021bii care au salarii cat to\u021bi \u0103\u0219tia la un loc? \u0102\u0219tia nu trebuie sa tr\u0103iasc\u0103 \u0219i ei?&#8221;,<\/i> scrie un utilizator, surprinz\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2teva r\u00e2nduri nemul\u021bumirea generalizat\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de supradimensionarea companiei.<\/p>\n<p>O alt\u0103 tem\u0103 recurent\u0103 \u00een comentarii este cea a subven\u021biei din bani publici na\u021bionali pentru un serviciu care deserve\u0219te exclusiv Bucure\u0219tiul. <i>\u201eExact, doar Bucure\u0219ti are metrou. Deci de ce\u00a0<\/i><i>\u00eel pl\u0103te\u0219te tot rom\u00e2nul de la Bugetul Consolidat?&#8221;<\/i>, \u00eentreab\u0103 un utilizator, care face \u0219i o paralel\u0103 cu agentul termic din alte ora\u0219e. Altul \u00eei r\u0103spunde simplu: <i>\u201eAre treaba c\u0103 metroul e sus\u021binut din bani de la bugetul na\u021bional, nu din banii de la bugetul Bucure\u0219tiului.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Dezbaterea a degenerat rapid \u00eentr-un schimb despre cine subven\u021bioneaz\u0103 pe cine la nivel na\u021bional, cu argumente \u0219i contraargumente despre ponderea Bucure\u0219tiului \u00een PIB \u0219i \u00een bugetul consolidat, f\u0103r\u0103 un consens clar.<\/p>\n<p>Dincolo de tensiunea Bucure\u0219ti-provincie, c\u00e2\u021biva utilizatori au propus solu\u021bii concrete. Unul a enumerat trei alternative la simpla scumpire a biletelor: reducerea posturilor redundante, extinderea contractelor de publicitate \u0219i introducerea abonamentelor corporate \u00eencheiate direct cu companiile private, prin care angaja\u021bii ar primi transport decontat la tarife negociate. <i>\u201eMai multe abonamente ieftine care nu sunt pl\u0103tite direct de persoane fizice = mai mult $$ \u00eencasat f\u0103r\u0103 a afecta persoanele fizice&#8221;,<\/i> argumenteaz\u0103 acesta.<\/p>\n<h2>Ce fac alte ora\u0219e<\/h2>\n<p>Tendin\u021ba \u00een marile sisteme de transport metropolitan din Europa este clar\u0103 \u0219i o urmeaz\u0103 de ani buni. La Marseille, \u00eentreaga re\u021bea de metrou func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu doar dou\u0103 puncte unde c\u0103l\u0103torii pot interac\u021biona cu personal uman, exclusiv pentru probleme legate de carduri. Toate sta\u021biile sunt dotate cu automate. O restructurare similar\u0103 a avut loc progresiv \u0219i \u00een marile aeroporturi europene, care au renun\u021bat treptat la personalul uman din zona de check-in \u0219i preluare a bagajelor.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 Metrorex ar urma acela\u0219i model \u0219i ar redimensiona num\u0103rul angaja\u021bilor din v\u00e2nz\u0103ri \u00een raport cu infrastructura digital\u0103 deja existent\u0103, economiile s-ar situa \u00een zeci de milioane de lei anual.
