Throughout the album, she offers songs that center on love, heartbreak, faith and staying close to her roots while evolving, both creatively and personally.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tLangley executive produced the album along with Miranda Lambert and Ben West, and worked with co-writers including Lambert, Joybeth Taylor, Luke Dick, Austin Goodloe, Laura Veltz, ERNEST and Devin Dawson to craft a collection of songs that convey ever-increasing depths of unfiltered honesty and keen, observational perspectives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe album is bookended with snippets of her version of the traditional folk nursery rhyme \u201cFroggy Went A-Courtin\u2019.\u201d Back in 2024 during an appearance on the <em>God\u2019s Country <\/em>Podcast, Langley told Reid and Dan Isbell that the song was one of the first two songs she learned how to sing (the other being the hymn \u201cAmazing Grace\u201d). She said on the podcast, \u201cI think I might start this next record off with this. Disaster has never sounded so frothy as Langley sings on this delightful throwback about a dissolving relationship that she knows is going to self-destruct. \u201cIf we know us, it\u2019s going to take a turn\/ If we know us, it\u2019s going to crash and burn,\u201d she sings, but she blithely seems unconcerned that they are on the road to ruin.
