Pentru a se \u00eencadra \u00een aceast\u0103 limit\u0103, se impune reducerea a <strong>148 de posturi<\/strong> (66 posturi vacante \u0219i 82 posturi ocupate).<\/p>\n<p>Din cele 82 de posturi ocupate care vor fi desfiin\u021bate \u00een organigram\u0103, <strong>77 apar\u021bin Direc\u021biei Administra\u021bia Pie\u021belor<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>5 apar\u021bin Serviciului Salubrizare Municipal\u0103<\/strong>. Aceste posturi vor fi transferate, prin procedur\u0103 legal\u0103, la noua societate <strong>Administra\u021bia Pie\u021belor SA Suceava<\/strong>, \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 recent prin hot\u0103r\u00e2re a Consiliului Local, termenul limit\u0103 pentru finalizarea transferului fiind <strong>1 iulie 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Structurile afectate de reducere includ:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serviciul Digitalizare \u0219i Licen\u021be de Transport<\/li>\n<li>Serviciul Resurse Umane<\/li>\n<li>Direc\u021bia Financiar-Contabilitate \u0219i Buget<\/li>\n<li>Direc\u021bia de Impozite \u0219i Taxe Locale<\/li>\n<li>Serviciul Prelucrarea Automat\u0103 a Datelor<\/li>\n<li>Direc\u021bia Arhitect-\u0218ef<\/li>\n<li>Serviciul Cadastru \u0219i Patrimoniu<\/li>\n<li>Serviciul Achizi\u021bii Publice<\/li>\n<li>Direc\u021bia Proiecte Europene<\/li>\n<li>Direc\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 \u0219i de Investi\u021bii<\/li>\n<li>Serviciul Administrativ<\/li>\n<li>Serviciul Salubrizare Municipal\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Direc\u021bia Domeniului Public (cu reducerea a 19 posturi la Poli\u021bia Local\u0103, care ajunge la 100 de posturi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nu se produc modific\u0103ri \u00een structura Direc\u021biei de Asisten\u021b\u0103 Social\u0103 (118 posturi), Serviciului Public Comunitar Local de Eviden\u021b\u0103 a Persoanelor (30 posturi) \u0219i Serviciului Public de Poli\u021bie Local\u0103 (ajustat la 100 de posturi).<\/p>\n<p>Primarul Vasile R\u00eembu precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 propunerea a fost supus\u0103 consult\u0103rii cu <strong>Sindicatul Liber al Prim\u0103riei Municipiului Suceava<\/strong> \u0219i cu <strong>Comisia Paritar\u0103 a Func\u021bionarilor Publici<\/strong>, ambele acord\u00e2nd avize favorabile.<\/p>\n<p>Reorganizarea trebuie finalizat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de <strong>1 iulie 2026<\/strong>, termenul limit\u0103 impus de legisla\u021bie.
