Care este problema identificat\u0103, \u00een cifre reale: \u00centr-o or\u0103 de 50 de minute, cu 30 de elevi, timpul alocat interac\u021biunii directe cu fiecare elev este de sub dou\u0103 minute. Aceast\u0103 realitate matematic\u0103 anuleaz\u0103 orice posibilitate de recuperare pedagogic\u0103, de evaluare formativ\u0103 autentic\u0103 sau de formare a deprinderilor tehnice de precizie, \u00een special \u00een profilul voca\u021bional \u0219i tehnologic\u201d<\/em>, a scris Matache pe Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Conform deputatului social-democrat, profesorii se confrunt\u0103 cu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Imposibilitatea abord\u0103rii diferen\u021biate a elevilor cu CES sau cu lacune educa\u021bionale majore;<\/li>\n<li>Amplificarea fenomenului de bullying \u0219i cre\u0219terea abandonului \u0219colar \u00een primii ani de liceu;<\/li>\n<li>Cre\u0219terea nivelului de stres pentru cadrele didactice, cu efect direct asupra calit\u0103\u021bii actului didactic;<\/li>\n<li>Reducerea num\u0103rului de forma\u021biuni de studiu per unitate \u0219colar\u0103, gener\u00e2nd restr\u00e2ngeri de activitate pentru cadrele didactice, de\u0219i volumul de munc\u0103 per elev cre\u0219te.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La r\u00e2ndul lor, spiune Oana Matache, elevii actuali \u2013 denumi\u021bi generic Genera\u021bia Z \u2013 prezint\u0103 caracteristici pshihologice \u0219i comportamentale distincte faa\u021b\u0103 de genera\u021biile anterioare, incompatibile cu modelul tradi\u021bional al clasei supra\u00eenc\u0103rcate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ei sunt obi\u0219nui\u021bi cu interac\u021biunea instantanee din mediul digital, \u0219i oric\u00e2t am \u00eencerca s\u0103 ignor\u0103m acest aspect adev\u0103rul este c\u0103 ace\u0219ti elevi au nevoie de validare rapid\u0103 pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne motiva\u021bi, ceea ce este imposibil de oferit \u00eentr-o clas\u0103 de 30;<\/li>\n<li>Au rezilien\u021b\u0103 mult mai sc\u0103zut\u0103 la stres fa\u021b\u0103 de genera\u021biile anterioare.<\/li>\n<li>Studiile arat\u0103 o inciden\u021b\u0103 crescut\u0103 a anxiet\u0103\u021bii \u00een r\u00e2ndul Gen Z; iar mediul aglomerat amplific\u0103 stimulii negativi, duc\u00e2nd la blocaje emo\u021bionale \u0219i refuz \u0219colar.<\/li>\n<li>Aceast\u0103 genera\u021bie respinge modelele standardizate \u0219i caut\u0103 relevan\u021b\u0103 personal\u0103, lucru imposibil f\u0103r\u0103 dialog direct \u0219i constant \u00eentre profesor \u0219i elev.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201eUn alt aspect important ce trebuie urgent luat \u00een considerare este ascensiunea Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale ce redefine\u0219te fundamental rolul profesorului \u0219i al \u0219colii. \u00cen era AI, rolul \u0219colii nu mai este transmiterea de date, ci formarea capacit\u0103\u021bii de a le filtra \u0219i utiliza etic un proces de mentorat care necesit\u0103 grupe mici. Legea nr. 198\/2023 impune liceelor tehnologice o reform\u0103 axat\u0103 pe competen\u021be practice \u0219i model dual, cu intrare \u00een vigoare \u00een septembrie 2026. Aceast\u0103 reform\u0103 presupune mentorat individual, evaluare prin proiect, grupe mici de practic\u0103, exact ce se face \u00een Germania, unde sistemul dual func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu grupe de 12\u201315 elevi \u0219i asigur\u0103 aproape 90% inser\u021bie pe pia\u021ba muncii. Noi vrem s\u0103 facem aceea\u0219i reform\u0103, dar cu 30 de elevi \u00een clas\u0103.
