that made the beloved spring tradition unworkable.<\/strong> The event, which draws crowds each year to watch skiers and snowboarders attempt to cross a meltwater pond in costume, will not take place The mountain is committed to <a href=\"https:\/\/snowbrains.com\/which-ski-resorts-are-still-open-in-the-west-heres-every-one-and-when-they-close\/\">staying open through at least Memorial Day<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<h3>Mammoth Mountain Pond Skim Canceled \u2014 What\u2019s Still on the Spring Calendar<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Canyon Lodge, which anchors the lower mountain\u2019s operations, is winding down for the season.<\/strong> A wrap party for Canyon Lodge Apr\u00e8s runs April 10 and 11, with the lodge finishing operations entirely on April 19.
