Dib\u0103cia cu care lucreaz\u0103 le face mai eficiente dec\u00e2t robotul industrial care le-ar putea \u00eenlocui.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timi\u0219oara, punct strategic \u00een produc\u021bia de biciclete <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unul dintre motoarele economiei din Timi\u0219oara a fost, dup\u0103 1989, industria automotive. \u00cen capitala Banatului s-au dezvoltat companii specializate pe componente auto, dar \u0219i centre de dezvoltare a softurilor pentru produc\u0103torii de ma\u0219ini, \u00een special din Germania.<\/p>\n<p>Timi\u0219oara nu a fost aleas\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor pentru dezvoltarea acestei industrii, c\u00e2nt\u0103rind decisiv conexiunea la re\u021beaua de transport pe care ora\u0219ul o are prin pozi\u021bionarea geografic\u0103, dar \u0219i capacitatea ora\u0219ului \u0219i a comunelor din jur de a oferi for\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Din acelea\u0219i motive, Timi\u0219oara a devenit \u00een ultimii 10 ani \u0219i un punct de atrac\u021bie pentru produc\u021bia de biciclete. Ultimul pas din proces este punerea cauciucului pe roat\u0103 \u0219i umflarea acesteia\u201d, a explicat Ciprian, manager \u00een departamentul \u201easamblare ro\u021bi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eRobotul le poate face mai repede, dar nu e constant\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen fabrica SMW de la Timi\u0219oara lucreaz\u0103 aproximativ 550 de angaja\u021bi, 90% fiind localnici. \u00cen primele dou\u0103 sectoare de la \u201easamblare ro\u021bi\u201d, \u201easamblare butuc\u201d \u0219i \u201espi\u021bare roat\u0103\u201d, sus\u021bine managerul departamentului, 70-80% dintre angaja\u021bi sunt femei. Unele dintre opera\u021biunile acestui departament ar putea fi realizate de robo\u021bi, dar operatorii umani sunt, momentan, mai eficien\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMedia unei opera\u021biuni aici, la asamblare butuc, e undeva la 45-50 de secunde. Robotul le face mai repede, dar nu e constant. Robotul nu a ajuns la un nivel la care s\u0103 po\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eel pui s\u0103 lucreze\u00a0 singur 16 ore f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 intervin\u0103 cineva.
