Shiffrin chuckled, \u201cThe \u2018GOAT\u2019 term always makes me laugh \u2014 it makes me think of an actual screaming goat,\u201d she said, downplaying the label often attached to her as the most <\/strong>Could she have foreseen such a successful and long-spanning career, Wappner quizzed the 31-year-old. \u201cI couldn\u2019t imagine anything that was about to happen in my life in Sochi or even after,\u201d Shiffrin admitted. \u201cI was na\u00efve to the magnitude of what that event can do in an athlete\u2019s career.\u201d 12 years later, with multiple Olympic medals and a record-breaking number of World Cup victories to her name, Shiffrin described her journey as \u201ca special ride\u201d \u2014 one that is far from over. \u201cI\u2019m not finished\u2026 I\u2019m not
