Noua reglementare stabile\u0219te mai clar cine este considerat \u0219omer de lung\u0103 durat\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 persoana aflat\u0103 \u00een \u0219omaj de peste 12 luni, dac\u0103 are peste 30 de ani;<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 persoana aflat\u0103 \u00een \u0219omaj de peste 6 luni, dac\u0103 are \u00eentre 16 \u0219i 30 de ani.<\/p>\n<p>Legea include explicit no\u021biunea de \u201epersoan\u0103 care face parte dintr-un grup vulnerabil\u201d, conform prevederilor Legii nr. 219\/2015 privind economia social\u0103. Sunt vizate persoane care \u00eendeplinesc anumite condi\u021bii sociale \u0219i care se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 la agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p> 3. \u00cen categoria persoanelor sprijinite pentru integrarea pe pia\u021ba muncii sunt incluse \u00een mod explicit:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 victimele violen\u021bei domestice, pe durata ordinului de protec\u021bie \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 12 luni dup\u0103 expirarea acestuia;<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 victimele traficului de persoane.<\/p>\n<p> 4. Se introduce prima de stabilitate destinat\u0103 tinerilor NEET (tineri \u00eentre 16 \u0219i 30 de ani care nu lucreaz\u0103, nu urmeaz\u0103 o form\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i nu particip\u0103 la programe de formare profesional\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta:<\/p>\n<p>-se acord\u0103 tinerilor \u00eenregistra\u021bi la agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 care se angajeaz\u0103 pentru prima dat\u0103 cu contract individual de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103 \u0219i norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>-se acord\u0103 pe o perioad\u0103 de 24 de luni;<\/p>\n<p>-valoarea este de 1.000 lei\/lun\u0103 \u00een primele 12 luni \u0219i 1.250 lei\/lun\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103toarele 12 luni;<\/p>\n<p>-suma este neimpozabil\u0103 \u0219i nu se datoreaz\u0103 contribu\u021bii sociale.<\/p>\n<p> 5. Angajatorii care angajeaz\u0103 anumite categorii de persoane pot beneficia de subven\u021bii lunare, printre beneficiari reg\u0103sindu-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0219omeri cu v\u00e2rsta de peste 50 de ani;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> \u0219omeri de lung\u0103 durat\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> tineri NEET;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>p\u0103rin\u021bi unici sus\u021bin\u0103tori ai familiilor monoparentale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> persoane din grupuri vulnerabile sau alte categorii prev\u0103zute de lege.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subven\u021bia poate ajunge la 2.250 lei\/lun\u0103 pentru fiecare persoan\u0103 angajat\u0103, acordat\u0103 timp de 12 luni, cu obliga\u021bia men\u021binerii raporturilor de munc\u0103 pentru cel pu\u021bin 18 luni.<\/p>\n<p>6. Serviciile oferite de agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 vor putea fi accesate \u0219i online, prin platforme informatice dezvoltate de ANOFM cu finan\u021bare european\u0103. Sistemele informatice trebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 func\u021bionale p\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2026.<\/p>\n<p> 7. Legea stabile\u0219te proceduri mai clare privind recuperarea sumelor primite necuvenit din indemniza\u021bia de \u0219omaj:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 dac\u0103 suma este restituit\u0103 \u00een maximum 180 de zile, nu se aplic\u0103 dob\u00e2nzi sau penalit\u0103\u021bi;<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 dup\u0103 acest termen, se calculeaz\u0103 obliga\u021bii fiscale accesorii, conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n<p> 8. Pentru prima de \u00eencadrare sau prima de instalare se introduc limit\u0103ri: acestea nu se acord\u0103 persoanelor care de\u021bin o locuin\u021b\u0103 \u00een localitatea unde se angajeaz\u0103 sau \u00een localit\u0103\u021bile limitrofe.<\/p>\n<p>9. Persoanele care au beneficiat de m\u0103suri de stimulare a ocup\u0103rii \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i \u00eenceteaz\u0103 contractul de munc\u0103 prin demisie \u00een perioada \u00een care beneficiaz\u0103 de aceste m\u0103suri sau \u00een perioada de men\u021binere a raporturilor de munc\u0103 vor putea accesa din nou aceste m\u0103suri dup\u0103 minimum 24 de luni de la re\u00eenregistrarea la agen\u021bia pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u2757Aceast\u0103 prevedere nu se aplic\u0103 \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care demisia a fost determinat\u0103 de \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103ri grave ale drepturilor salariatului, constatate de instan\u021b\u0103 sau de alte autorit\u0103\u021bi competente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Pentru informa\u021bii complete \u0219i condi\u021biile detaliate de acordare, v\u0103 invit\u0103m s\u0103 consulta\u021bi actul normativ publicat \u00een Monitorul Oficial. Se introduce prima de stabilitate destinat\u0103 tinerilor NEET (tineri \u00eentre 16 \u0219i 30 de ani care nu lucreaz\u0103, nu urmeaz\u0103 o form\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i nu particip\u0103 la programe de formare profesional\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta:<\/p>\n<p>-se acord\u0103 tinerilor \u00eenregistra\u021bi la agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 care se angajeaz\u0103 pentru prima dat\u0103 cu contract individual de munc\u0103 pe durat\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103 \u0219i norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>-se acord\u0103 pe o perioad\u0103 de 24 de luni;<\/p>\n<p>-valoarea este de 1.000 lei\/lun\u0103 \u00een primele 12 luni \u0219i 1.250 lei\/lun\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103toarele 12 luni;<\/p>\n<p>-suma este neimpozabil\u0103 \u0219i nu se datoreaz\u0103 contribu\u021bii sociale.<\/p>\n<p> 5. Angajatorii care angajeaz\u0103 anumite categorii de persoane pot beneficia de subven\u021bii lunare, printre beneficiari reg\u0103sindu-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0219omeri cu v\u00e2rsta de peste 50 de ani;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> \u0219omeri de lung\u0103 durat\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> tineri NEET;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>p\u0103rin\u021bi unici sus\u021bin\u0103tori ai familiilor monoparentale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> persoane din grupuri vulnerabile sau alte categorii prev\u0103zute de lege.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subven\u021bia poate ajunge la 2.250 lei\/lun\u0103 pentru fiecare persoan\u0103 angajat\u0103, acordat\u0103 timp de 12 luni, cu obliga\u021bia men\u021binerii raporturilor de munc\u0103 pentru cel pu\u021bin 18 luni.<\/p>\n<p>6. Serviciile oferite de agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 vor putea fi accesate \u0219i online, prin platforme informatice dezvoltate de ANOFM cu finan\u021bare european\u0103. Sistemele informatice trebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 func\u021bionale p\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2026.<\/p>\n<p> 7. Legea stabile\u0219te proceduri mai clare privind recuperarea sumelor primite necuvenit din indemniza\u021bia de \u0219omaj:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 dac\u0103 suma este restituit\u0103 \u00een maximum 180 de zile, nu se aplic\u0103 dob\u00e2nzi sau penalit\u0103\u021bi;<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 dup\u0103 acest termen, se calculeaz\u0103 obliga\u021bii fiscale accesorii, conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n<p> 8. Pentru prima de \u00eencadrare sau prima de instalare se introduc limit\u0103ri: acestea nu se acord\u0103 persoanelor care de\u021bin o locuin\u021b\u0103 \u00een localitatea unde se angajeaz\u0103 sau \u00een localit\u0103\u021bile limitrofe.<\/p>\n<p>9. Persoanele care au beneficiat de m\u0103suri de stimulare a ocup\u0103rii \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i \u00eenceteaz\u0103 contractul de munc\u0103 prin demisie \u00een perioada \u00een care beneficiaz\u0103 de aceste m\u0103suri sau \u00een perioada de men\u021binere a raporturilor de munc\u0103 vor putea accesa din nou aceste m\u0103suri dup\u0103 minimum 24 de luni de la re\u00eenregistrarea la agen\u021bia pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u2757Aceast\u0103 prevedere nu se aplic\u0103 \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care demisia a fost determinat\u0103 de \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103ri grave ale drepturilor salariatului, constatate de instan\u021b\u0103 sau de alte autorit\u0103\u021bi competente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Pentru informa\u021bii complete \u0219i condi\u021biile detaliate de acordare, v\u0103 invit\u0103m s\u0103 consulta\u021bi actul normativ publicat \u00een Monitorul Oficial.
