2400 can realistically recharge two to four batteries before needing to be topped off itself. For example, my Ari Timp Peak\u2019s 635Wh battery can be charged about three full times from a single charge.<\/p>\n<p>The 2,400W pure sine wave inverter ensures your bike\u2019s charger runs smoothly without compatibility issues. A 2,600W boost mode also provides extra headroom if you\u2019re powering additional devices at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>Recharging the unit itself is impressively fast at just 1.5 hours via AC power at ~1400W. If you prefer an off-grid setup, the Exodus 2400 also supports up to 800W of solar input, making solar charging a viable option for extended trips.<\/p>\n<p>\n<b><span style=\"font-size: 22px\">Portability<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>At 45.2 pounds, this isn\u2019t something you\u2019ll be taking into the woods, but it\u2019s easy enough to transport in the bed of a truck or inside your SUV. For riders who drive to trailheads, it\u2019s a very practical setup.<\/p>\n<p>One of my favorite places to ride is Kanuga Bike Park. The parking lot becomes a hub for lunch and taking breaks, so I usually arrive with two fully charged bike batteries in the morning. I\u2019ll ride until lunchtime, then swap batteries and use the Exodus 2400 to start recharging the first battery while we take a break to eat. After another few hours of riding on the second battery, the freshly charged first battery is ready to go back into the bike. There is power button at the top you press and hold to turn on or off. There are separate button to activate the AC or DC outputs which means you are don&#8217;t waste energy powering the AC inventer if you are only using a DC port at the time. The built-in LCD screen provides real-time information about remaining capacity, power usage, and charging status. While the screen does have some viewing angle limitations, it\u2019s bright and easy to read in direct sunlight when viewed straight on. Being able to see real-time power draw and estimated runtime is especially nice.<\/p>\n<p>A companion mobile app adds convenient remote monitoring and control. After another few hours of riding on the second battery, the freshly charged first battery is ready to go back into the bike. Pair it with a quality solar panel and you have a surprisingly capable off-grid charging setup for keeping your bike topped up between rides. There is power button at the top you press and hold to turn on or off. There are separate button to activate the AC or DC outputs which means you are don&#8217;t waste energy powering the AC inventer if you are only using a DC port at the time. The built-in LCD screen provides real-time information about remaining capacity, power usage, and charging status. While the screen does have some viewing angle limitations, it\u2019s bright and easy to read in direct sunlight when viewed straight on. Being able to see real-time power draw and estimated runtime is especially nice.<\/p>\n<p>A companion mobile app adds convenient remote monitoring and control.
