His long run at Nintendo started with 2001&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/games\/wario-land-4\">Wario Land 4<\/a>; back then, he served as a programmer. The last game he directed was 2023&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/games\/warioware-move-it\">WarioWare: Move It!<\/a> Could his future games follow the same style? It&#8217;s possible, since Abe has a very distinct vision that permeates all the works he&#8217;s directed, but at the same time, stepping out of Nintendo&#8217;s shadow should be the perfect opportunity to try all-new things.
