Danny Wimmer Presents has officially unveiled the full music lineup for the 14<sup>th<\/sup> edition of Aftershock, returning October 1 through 4 to Discovery Park in Sacramento.<\/p>\n<p>Topping the bill at the West Coast&#8217;s largest rock, punk and metal festival are <strong>My Chemical Romance<\/strong>, <strong>Tool<\/strong>, <strong>Limp Bizkit<\/strong> and <strong>Pierce The Veil<\/strong>. The 2026 edition will feature more than 140 artists \u2013 the biggest lineup in Aftershock history \u2013 alongside a newly added fifth stage and an expanded festival footprint.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This year&#8217;s Aftershock marks a bold new chapter for the festival,&#8221; said <strong>Danny Wimmer<\/strong>. &#8220;We&#8217;ve brought together metal, punk, emo, and nu-metal to create a lineup that&#8217;s raw, youthful, and unapologetic.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He added: &#8220;With <strong>Tool<\/strong> anchoring the weekend and <strong>Pierce The Veil<\/strong> making their headlining debut, we&#8217;re breaking boundaries and redefining what Aftershock can be. And after years of fan requests, we&#8217;re finally introducing camping \u2013 giving fans the chance to fully immerse themselves in the weekend. This is a new era for Aftershock, and Sacramento is about to feel it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The introduction of camping is a significant shift for the long-running event, signaling an effort to transform Aftershock from a destination festival into a fully immersive four-day experience. For fans who&#8217;ve traveled from across the country to pack into Discovery Park each fall, it&#8217;s a long-awaited addition.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the stacked lineup, Aftershock continues to be a major economic driver for the region. According to Visit Sacramento President &amp; CEO <strong>Mike Testa<\/strong>, the festival generates more than $39 million in economic impact annually.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Aftershock continues to be a seminal moment for Sacramento, not just for the fans, but for the people who live and work here every day,&#8221; <strong>Testa<\/strong> said. &#8220;The festival brings thousands of people to our city for four incredible days, generating more than $39 million in economic impact. Those dollars translate into critical support for our business community and civic partners.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He continued: &#8220;Maybe the best part is that Aftershock fans are often discovering Sacramento while they&#8217;re here and are making their experience synonymous with the city.
