[March 4, 2026] \u2014<\/span><\/strong> This March, Palisades Tahoe<\/a> is celebrating International Women\u2019s Month with a lineup of on-snow events, community gatherings, and storytelling experiences that honor the women who have shaped the culture of Olympic Valley and continue to inspire the next generation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From snowboard meetups and national nonprofit activations to a high-performance ski camp and a powerful book reading highlighting the region\u2019s legacy, the month is centered on connection, confidence, and community.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Carving Cats \u2013 Women\u2019s Community Ride Day<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Hosted by Tailer Spinney, Carving Cats is a women\u2019s snowboard community day focused on shared laps, building confidence, and strengthening camaraderie on snow.<\/strong> Riders of all levels are invited to carve groomers, explore terrain, and connect with new riding partners in a welcoming environment.<\/p>\n

The day wraps with apr\u00e8s at the KT Base Bar in celebration of Women\u2019s History Month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants must have a valid Ikon Pass or lift ticket.<\/em><\/p>\n
