Marilen Gabriel Pirtea, subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 performan\u021ba sistemului educa\u021bional este str\u00e2ns legat\u0103 de calitatea pred\u0103rii \u0219i de profesori bine preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u0219i motiva\u021bi, invoc\u00e2nd concluziile celui mai recent raport OECD, publicat sub titlul \u201eUnlocking High-Quality Teaching\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"786\">\u201e\u00centr-o perioad\u0103 \u00een care educa\u021bia este presat\u0103 s\u0103 inoveze rapid \u2013 de la digitalizarea accelerat\u0103 la integrarea inteligen\u021bei artificiale \u2013 un nou raport OECD transmite un mesaj aparent surprinz\u0103tor: progresul real \u00een educa\u021bie nu vine neap\u0103rat din \u00aburm\u0103toarea mare revolu\u021bie tehnologic\u0103\u00bb, ci din rafinarea inteligent\u0103 a ceea ce profesorii fac deja \u00een clas\u0103\u201d, eviden\u021biaz\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1163\">Raportul, realizat pe baza unor studii empirice recente, porne\u0219te de la o constatare ferm\u0103: nicio variabil\u0103 din interiorul \u0219colii nu influen\u021beaz\u0103 mai puternic rezultatele elevilor dec\u00e2t calitatea pred\u0103rii. \u00cen loc s\u0103 propun\u0103 re\u021bete miraculoase, documentul exploreaz\u0103 \u00een profunzime complexitatea actului didactic \u0219i arat\u0103 c\u0103 predarea este, simultan, \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103, art\u0103 \u0219i m\u0103iestrie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1603\">Astfel, predarea este \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 deoarece se sprijin\u0103 pe dovezi empirice solide. Este, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, art\u0103, pentru c\u0103 presupune intui\u021bie, creativitate \u0219i capacitatea de a r\u0103spunde situa\u021biilor imprevizibile din clas\u0103. De asemenea, este m\u0103iestrie, \u00eentruc\u00e2t se rafineaz\u0103 \u00een timp, prin reflec\u021bie, experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i colaborare profesional\u0103. Profesorul nu aplic\u0103 mecanic tehnici, ci ia decizii continue, adaptate elevilor, contextului \u0219i momentului.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1711\">Potrivit rectorului UVT, raportul propune cinci direc\u021bii majore care definesc predarea de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1864\"><strong data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1741\">Angajamentul cognitiv<\/strong> \u2013 elevii trebuie provoca\u021bi s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 profund, s\u0103 rezolve probleme complexe \u0219i s\u0103 reflecteze asupra propriei \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103ri.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"2012\"><strong data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1906\">Calitatea con\u021binutului disciplinar<\/strong> \u2013 profesorul trebuie s\u0103 ofere explica\u021bii clare, coeren\u021b\u0103 conceptual\u0103 \u0219i conexiuni relevante \u00eentre idei.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2191\"><strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2048\">Dimensiunea socio-emo\u021bional\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 rela\u021biile pozitive, climatul de siguran\u021b\u0103 psihologic\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltarea competen\u021belor emo\u021bionale sunt esen\u021biale pentru facilitarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2317\"><strong data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2231\">Interac\u021biunea autentic\u0103 \u00een clas\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 manifestat\u0103 prin \u00eentreb\u0103ri de calitate, dialog \u0219i colaborare \u00een actul de predare.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2463\"><strong data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2367\">Evaluarea formativ\u0103 \u0219i feedbackul continuu<\/strong> \u2013 mecanisme de reglare fin\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, prin care profesorul sprijin\u0103 progresul fiec\u0103rui elev.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2813\">Raportul atrage aten\u021bia \u0219i asupra unei capcane frecvente: dezbaterile polarizate despre pedagogie \u2013 tradi\u021bional versus progresist sau direct versus centrat pe elev \u2013 simplific\u0103 excesiv realitatea. \u00cen practic\u0103, profesorii eficien\u021bi combin\u0103 abord\u0103rile pedagogice, aleg\u00e2nd ceea ce func\u021bioneaz\u0103 mai bine \u00een func\u021bie de obiectiv, public-\u021bint\u0103 \u0219i context.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"3213\">\u00cen concluzie, OECD transmite un mesaj clar pentru sistemele educa\u021bionale: nu este suficient s\u0103 \u0219tim \u201ece func\u021bioneaz\u0103\u201d, ci trebuie s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 predarea, \u00een ce condi\u021bii \u0219i cu ce tip de sprijin institu\u021bional. Calitatea pred\u0103rii nu este doar responsabilitatea profesorului, ci rezultatul unui ecosistem care ofer\u0103 timp pentru reflec\u021bie, colaborare \u0219i dezvoltare profesional\u0103 continu\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3215\" data-end=\"4143\" data-is-last-node data-is-only-node>\u201e\u00centr-o epoc\u0103 obsedat\u0103 de inova\u021bii spectaculoase \u0219i solu\u021bii \u00abdisruptive\u00bb, raportul OECD readuce educa\u021bia la esen\u021bial: conteaz\u0103 ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103, zi de zi, \u00eentre profesor \u0219i elev. Nu tehnologia \u00een sine schimb\u0103 \u0219coala, nu reformele declarative \u0219i nici noile etichete pedagogice nu aduc schimb\u0103ri semnificative, ci calitatea deciziilor luate de profesor \u00een fiecare or\u0103 de curs, \u00een rela\u021bia cu elevii sau studen\u021bii. Schimbarea real\u0103 nu vine dintr-un \u00absalt spectaculos\u00bb, ci din acumularea unor \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri mici, bine g\u00e2ndite \u0219i sus\u021binute pe termen lung. Dac\u0103 ne dorim sisteme educa\u021bionale mai performante \u0219i mai echitabile, poate c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 reinvent\u0103m \u0219coala, ci s\u0103 investim, consecvent \u0219i lucid, \u00een arta \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021ba pred\u0103rii.
