The GNFAC will visit the site tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the victim during this tragic time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 GNFAC statement<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>The slide occurred around 2 p.m. in the Keg Springs area of Carrot Canyon, according to preliminary data from the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtavalanche.com\/observations#\/view\/avalanches\/0193fa6f-f919-4813-b471-e9c99d1ffe33\">GNFAC<\/a><\/em>.<\/strong> The accident involved a group of four riders visiting from the Midwest.
