From Regency romance to the rituals and eccentricities of the golf course, Chopova Lowena\u2019s AW26 presentation at London Fashion Week was a joyous mix of butterfies, cats, corsetry, argyle and, most importantly, camaraderie.<\/h3>\n

Welcome to the girly, kitschy world of Chopova Lowena, where you might find yourself brushing up on Regency slang before heading out for a round of golf. This season, the duo\u2019s AW26 presentation drew what may well have been one of the largest crowds of LFW so far, with a collection that riffed on early 19th century dress codes and the traditions, and eccentricities, of the golf course, from the green pitch to the kit.<\/p>\n

Regency lines, square necklines, boned bodices and rose sleeves were reworked in the label\u2019s signature style and clashed against argyle knits and kilted skirts. Pearls and faux furs contrasted with sporty references, while patchworked corsets and trouser-shorts nodded to the course. Butterflies fluttered throughout, landing in dense beadwork and sparkling brooches. Ribboned knitwear, romantic black gowns, tartans, chokers and a riot of roses gave the collection a distinctly British feel.<\/p>\n

AW26 also introduced reworked deadstock pieces splicing past-season signatures into fresh hybrids, and Chopova Lowena Feelings, a line of playful intimates, tees and sweats stamped with messages of joy, fear and everything in between.<\/p>\n

Guests arrived dressed in their best Chopova Lowena pieces, ruffles, beads, kilts and clashing prints, transforming the audience into an extension of their universe. As ever, the brand\u2019s world feels less like a label and more like a club. The message was clear: dressing up is better together. Or, as the duo put it, \u201ctea time and tee time are always better with friends.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
