Acest soi de sturioni posed\u0103 caracteristici dezirabile, deoarece dieta lor seam\u0103n\u0103 cu cea a sturionilor s\u0103lbatici, \u00een timp ce tr\u0103iesc \u00een condi\u0163ii favorabile cre\u015fterii \u015fi reproducerii \u00eentr-un mediu controlat, f\u0103r\u0103 contaminan\u0163i.
