increase reflects how quickly major atmospheric storm cycles can transform seasonal outlooks in the Sierra, where a large share of winter precipitation can arrive during just a few major events. <\/strong>Palisades Tahoe said the deep new snow has created strong midseason conditions across the mountain, though the resort has also urged caution for visitors traveling into the area during the
