The Xenoblade series was high on mine, but remained persistently unloved. Until now that is! Out of nowhere, Nintendo just released an upgrade for last year&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/games\/xenoblade-chronicles-10\">Xenoblade Chronicles X<\/a>: Definitive Edition &#8211; and better still, it&#8217;s available now.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nXenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition \u2013 Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, as the new release is officially known, follows similar Switch 2 upgrades for the likes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/games\/super-mario-odyssey\">Super Mario Odyssey<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/zelda-breath-of-the-wild-walkthrough-guide-tips-4857\">Zelda: Breath of the Wild<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/games\/kirby-and-the-forgotten-land\">Kirby and the Forgotten Land<\/a>, and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It doesn&#8217;t sound like anything else is included, so you might well wonder why Nintendo hasn&#8217;t followed previous form and provided this zero-content update for free (probably, money?).\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"injection_placeholder\" data-position=\"1\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\nRegardless, Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition \u2013 Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is available on the eShop right now, both as an upgrade and a full game.
