Din ce \u00een ce mai mult, Inteligen\u0163a Artificial\u0103 nu mai este un instrument pasiv, ci devine un actor opera\u0163ional, adic\u0103 apar agen\u0163i autonomi care pot ini\u0163ia ac\u0163iuni, pot coordona procese \u015fi pot colabora cu oamenii pentru a crea valoare. De\u015fi exemplific\u0103rile vin din mediul corporate, \u00eentrebarea important\u0103 este dac\u0103 universit\u0103\u0163ile pot r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een afara acestei transform\u0103ri \u015fi, mai ales, dac\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 ignore aceast\u0103 transformare\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 rectorul Universit\u0103\u0163ii de Vest din Timi\u015foara (UVT), prof.univ.dr. Marilen Gabriel Pirtea, interpret\u00e2nd concluziile raportului McKinsey (2025).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rectorul UVT afirm\u0103: \u201eRaportul arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een forma lor actual\u0103, majoritatea universit\u0103\u0163ilor func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 \u00eentr-un model pre-agentic \u00een sensul c\u0103 tehnologia este prezent\u0103 \u00een via\u0163a universit\u0103\u0163ilor, uneori este chiar folosit\u0103 din abunden\u0163\u0103, dar rareori are valen\u0163e transformatoare pentru activit\u0103\u0163ile specifice mediului academic. Platformele de e-learning, sistemele de evaluare sau bazele de date academice sunt folosite mai degrab\u0103 ca infrastructur\u0103 de suport dec\u00e2t ca parteneri activi \u00een procesul educa\u0163ional. La nivel universitar, digitalizarea a \u00eensemnat, \u00een multe cazuri, transpunerea vechilor practici \u00eentr-un format electronic, f\u0103r\u0103 o reg\u00e2ndire real\u0103 a modului \u00een care se produce \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area, cercetarea sau cum se adopt\u0103 decizia academic\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201eParadigma organiza\u0163iei agentice propune \u00eens\u0103 altceva (iar aici este indicat s\u0103 preciz\u0103m sensul \u00een care trebuie interpretat conceptul \u201eagentic\u201d: se refer\u0103 la trecerea de la AI-ul care \u201eg\u00e2nde\u015fte\u201d la AI-ul care \u201eface\u201d ac\u0163iuni). \u00cen acest model, Inteligen\u0163a Artificial\u0103 nu este ad\u0103ugat\u0103 peste structurile existente, ci integrat\u0103 \u00een \u00eens\u0103\u015fi arhitectura muncii. Aplicat\u0103 universit\u0103\u0163ilor, aceast\u0103 logic\u0103 ar \u00eensemna antrenarea unor agen\u0163i care personalizeaz\u0103 parcursuri de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, ofer\u0103 feedback continuu, sprijin\u0103 evaluarea formativ\u0103, asist\u0103 cercetarea sau preiau o mare parte din sarcinile administrative. \u00cen aceast\u0103 transformare, profesorul nu dispare, dar rolul s\u0103u se transform\u0103 de la a fi un furnizor de informa\u0163ie la acela de mentor, evaluator critic \u015fi garant al sensului \u015fi al valorilor academice. Aceast\u0103 perspectiv\u0103 este seduc\u0103toare, mai ales \u00eentr-un sistem educa\u0163ional sufocat de birocra\u0163ie, supra\u00eenc\u0103rcare administrativ\u0103 \u015fi presiuni de eficien\u0163\u0103. Dar tocmai aici apare tensiunea major\u0103, deoarece universit\u0103\u0163ile nu sunt simple organiza\u0163ii centrate pe performan\u0163\u0103, ele fiind institu\u0163ii normative, construite pe autonomie academic\u0103, libertate intelectual\u0103 \u015fi \u00eencredere public\u0103. Orice delegare de decizie c\u0103tre agen\u0163i AI ridic\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri care nu pot fi tratate exclusiv managerial sau tehnologic. Aceste \u00eentreb\u0103ri sunt: Cine stabile\u015fte obiectivele agen\u0163ilor? Cine r\u0103spunde pentru erori? Ce decizii pot fi automatizate \u015fi care trebuie s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 exclusiv umane? \u00centr-o universitate, transparen\u0163a \u015fi posibilitatea de contestare nu sunt op\u0163ionale; ele sunt parte din \u00eens\u0103\u015fi defini\u0163ia cunoa\u015fterii academice. F\u0103r\u0103 mecanisme clare de guvernan\u0163\u0103 etic\u0103 \u015fi epistemic\u0103, paradigma agentic\u0103 risc\u0103 s\u0103 transforme universitatea \u00eentr-un sistem opac, eficient poate, dar lipsit de legitimitate\u201d, remarc\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePoate cea mai sensibil\u0103 zon\u0103 este cea a rolului cadrelor didactice. Ca principiu, McKinsey (2025) afirm\u0103 c\u0103, \u00eentr-o organiza\u0163ie agentic\u0103, valoarea uman\u0103 nu dispare, ci se concentreaz\u0103 pe judecat\u0103, creativitate \u015fi rela\u0163ie. \u00cen educa\u0163ie, acest lucru presupune o schimbare cultural\u0103 profund\u0103. Profesorii nu pot fi l\u0103sa\u0163i s\u0103 \u201ese adapteze singuri\u201d la Inteligen\u0163a Artificial\u0103, iar universit\u0103\u0163ile nu \u00ee\u015fi pot permite s\u0103 trateze formarea pedagogic\u0103 \u00een raport cu Inteligen\u0163a Artificial\u0103 ca pe un subiect marginal. F\u0103r\u0103 investi\u0163ii reale \u00een dezvoltarea competen\u0163elor \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 recunoa\u015fterea muncii didactice inovatoare, riscul este fie rezisten\u0163a tacit\u0103, fie utilizarea neetic\u0103 \u015fi necontrolat\u0103 a tehnologiei, \u015fi mai grav. Dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 critic\u0103, \u201euniversitatea agentic\u0103\u201d nu este nici utopie, nici distopie, ci este o oportunitate condi\u0163ionat\u0103 care poate genera dou\u0103 poten\u0163iale alternative de evolu\u0163ie. Implementat\u0103 cu reflec\u0163ie institu\u0163ional\u0103, acest tip de universitate poate elibera timp pentru activit\u0103\u0163i academice cu valoare ridicat\u0103, poate sus\u0163ine personalizarea \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii \u015fi poate \u00eent\u0103ri leg\u0103tura dintre educa\u0163ie \u015fi cercetare. Implementat\u0103 superficial, sub presiunea eficien\u0163ei sau a modei tehnologice, poate accelera managerialismul \u015fi poate eroda autonomia academic\u0103\u201d, adaug\u0103 profesorul universitar Marilen Gabriel Pirtea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e\u00cen fond, lec\u0163ia central\u0103 derivat\u0103 din surprinz\u0103torul raport McKinsey (2025) este una care dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte tehnologia, \u00een sensul c\u0103 Inteligen\u0163a Artificial\u0103 nu oblig\u0103 universit\u0103\u0163ile s\u0103 se transforme \u00eentr-un anumit fel, ci le faciliteaz\u0103 decizia. Adic\u0103, fiecare universitate trebuie s\u0103 decid\u0103 ce deleag\u0103, ce protejeaz\u0103 \u015fi ce redefine\u015fte. Universit\u0103\u0163ile care vor trata Inteligen\u0163a Artificial\u0103 ca un simplu instrument vor r\u0103m\u00e2ne blocate \u00eentr-un model institu\u0163ional dep\u0103\u015fit. Cele care vor adopta paradigma agentic\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 reflec\u0163ie critic\u0103 risc\u0103 s\u0103-\u015fi piard\u0103 identitatea academic\u0103.
