Totodat\u0103, sunt vizate sta\u021biile istorice de alimentare cu ap\u0103 din Topolov\u0103\u021bu Mare \u0219i Lugoj, utilizate odinioar\u0103 pentru alimentarea locomotivelor cu aburi.<\/p>\n<p>Istoricul lugojean precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 linia Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Or\u0219ova a fost realizat\u0103 \u00eentre 1875 \u0219i 1878 de Societatea privilegiat\u0103 austriac\u0103 de c\u0103i ferate (StEG), sub coordonarea directorului August W. de Serres, constituind una dintre cele mai importante investi\u021bii feroviare din Banat. Sec\u021biunea Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Lugoj \u2013 Caransebe\u0219 , de 100 de kilometri, a fost inaugurat\u0103 la 22 octombrie 1876, la doar zece luni de la \u00eenceperea lucr\u0103rilor, \u0219i a inclus zece g\u0103ri, 52 de cantoane \u0219i dou\u0103 poduri majore, peste Bega \u0219i Timi\u0219. \u00cen urma electrific\u0103rii liniei, \u00een 1974, o parte dintre cl\u0103dirile istorice au fost modificate sau reconstruite. Unele au disp\u0103rut deja, precum gara Lugoj, care a fost recent demolat\u0103. Tocmai de aceea, pu\u021binele obiective care au supravie\u021buit p\u00e2n\u0103 ast\u0103zi reprezint\u0103 m\u0103rturii valoroase ale unei etape definitorii pentru dezvoltarea industrial\u0103 a Banatului.<\/p>\n<p>Cristian Oliviu Gaidos mai spune c\u0103 \u201enoile g\u0103ri au volume banale, tr\u0103deaz\u0103 o arhitectur\u0103 rece \u0219i standardizat\u0103, executat\u0103 din tabl\u0103, panouri \u0219i t\u00e2mpl\u0103rie din PVC sau aluminiu, f\u0103r\u0103 nicio preocupare pentru contextul istoric. De\u0219i func\u021bionale, aceste cl\u0103diri au un impact vizual puternic asupra peisajului rural \u0219i nu reflect\u0103 identitatea cultural\u0103 a Banatului, fragment\u00e2nd ambientul tradi\u021bional \u0219i \u00eenlocuind reperele istorice \u2013 g\u0103rile austro-ungare \u2013 cu o arhitectur\u0103 generic\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Argumentele invocate de CFR pentru demolare sunt legate de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de costurile ridicate ale reabilit\u0103rii, dar din analiza planurilor de situa\u021bie reiese c\u0103 vechile cl\u0103diri nu se suprapun cu noile amplasamente, necesitatea demol\u0103rii lor fiind discutabil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Istoricul face un apel public ca cel pu\u021bin gara Belin\u021b, cea mai bine conservat\u0103 dintre acestea, care p\u0103streaz\u0103 elemente originale precum volumul corpului central, organizarea interioar\u0103, sala de a\u0219teptare \u0219i o parte dintre ancadramentele u\u0219ilor \u2013 precum \u0219i sta\u021biile istorice de ap\u0103 din Topolov\u0103\u021bu Mare \u0219i Lugoj s\u0103 fie salvate de la demolare. \u201eAceste imobile ar putea fi preluate \u00een administrare de autorit\u0103\u021bile locale, conservate \u0219i restaurate prin accesarea fondurilor europene \u0219i valorificate ca repere de patrimoniu industrial, m\u0103rturii autentice ale uneia dintre cele mai importante linii feroviare construite \u00een Banat: Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Or\u0219ova (1875\u20131878). Prin salvarea acestor cl\u0103diri afirm\u0103m c\u0103 modernizarea nu presupune anularea trecutului, ci asumarea \u0219i integrarea lui \u00eentr-un viitor cl\u0103dit pe respectul fa\u021b\u0103 de memorie \u0219i identitate local\u0103\u201d sus\u021bine Gaidos.<\/p>\n<p>Asocia\u021bia \u201eSalva\u021bi Patrimoniul Timi\u0219oarei\u201d se al\u0103tur\u0103 public demersului ini\u021biat de Cristian Oliviu Gaidos privind necesitatea protej\u0103rii patrimoniului feroviar istoric de pe tronsonul Lugoj \u2013 Timi\u0219oara Est, c\u0103ci modernizarea infrastructurii feroviare, esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru dezvoltarea regiunii, nu trebuie s\u0103 \u00eensemne demolarea memoriei industriale a Banatului. Analiza documentelor disponibile indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 demolarea integral\u0103 nu reprezint\u0103 singura solu\u021bie tehnic\u0103 iar conservarea selectiv\u0103 \u0219i integrarea acestor imobile \u00een proiectele de modernizare sunt posibile \u0219i conforme at\u00e2t cu Legea nr. 422\/2001 privind protejarea monumentelor istorice, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu bunele practici europene de reutilizare adaptiv\u0103. Asocia\u021bia solicit\u0103 realizarea unei analize comparative demolare vs. Conservare, implicarea autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale \u0219i jude\u021bene \u00een identificarea unor solu\u021bii de protejare \u0219i valorificarea cultural\u0103 \u0219i turistic\u0103 a cl\u0103dirilor feroviare istorice, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 modernizarea nu trebuie s\u0103 duc\u0103 \u0219tergerea src=\"https:\/\/www.pressalert.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/5.-Belint-945x768.jpg\" alt class=\"wp-image-578056\"><\/figure>\n<p>Proiectul de modernizare a liniei feroviare Caransebe\u0219-Timi\u0219oara-Arad, a\u0219teptat\u0103 de ani de zile, prin care se dore\u0219te scurtarea timpului de deplasare pe acest tronson de cale ferat\u0103, implic\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 \u0219i distrugeri ale patrimoniului industrial al Banatului, semnalate de istoricul de art\u0103 Cristian Oliviu Gaidos de la Muzeul de Istorie, Etnografie \u0219i Art\u0103 Plastic\u0103 Lugoj.<\/p>\n<p>Sucursala Regional\u0103 de C\u0103i Ferate Timi\u0219oara, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu Ministerul Transporturilor \u0219i Infrastructurii, inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 demoleze mai multe cl\u0103diri feroviare istorice, \u0219i anume patru g\u0103ri solide, construite din c\u0103r\u0103mid\u0103 \u00eentre anii 1875\u20131876: Remetea Mare, Reca\u0219, Topolov\u0103\u021bu Mare \u0219i Belin\u021b. Totodat\u0103, sunt vizate sta\u021biile istorice de alimentare cu ap\u0103 din Topolov\u0103\u021bu Mare \u0219i Lugoj, utilizate odinioar\u0103 pentru alimentarea locomotivelor cu aburi.<\/p>\n<p>Istoricul lugojean precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 linia Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Or\u0219ova a fost realizat\u0103 \u00eentre 1875 \u0219i 1878 de Societatea privilegiat\u0103 austriac\u0103 de c\u0103i ferate (StEG), sub coordonarea directorului August W. de Serres, constituind una dintre cele mai importante investi\u021bii feroviare din Banat. Sec\u021biunea Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Lugoj \u2013 Caransebe\u0219 , de 100 de kilometri, a fost inaugurat\u0103 la 22 octombrie 1876, la doar zece luni de la \u00eenceperea lucr\u0103rilor, \u0219i a inclus zece g\u0103ri, 52 de cantoane \u0219i dou\u0103 poduri majore, peste Bega \u0219i Timi\u0219. \u00cen urma electrific\u0103rii liniei, \u00een 1974, o parte dintre cl\u0103dirile istorice au fost modificate sau reconstruite. Unele au disp\u0103rut deja, precum gara Lugoj, care a fost recent demolat\u0103. Tocmai de aceea, pu\u021binele obiective care au supravie\u021buit p\u00e2n\u0103 ast\u0103zi reprezint\u0103 m\u0103rturii valoroase ale unei etape definitorii pentru dezvoltarea industrial\u0103 a Banatului.<\/p>\n<p>Cristian Oliviu Gaidos mai spune c\u0103 \u201enoile g\u0103ri au volume banale, tr\u0103deaz\u0103 o arhitectur\u0103 rece \u0219i standardizat\u0103, executat\u0103 din tabl\u0103, panouri \u0219i t\u00e2mpl\u0103rie din PVC sau aluminiu, f\u0103r\u0103 nicio preocupare pentru contextul istoric. De\u0219i func\u021bionale, aceste cl\u0103diri au un impact vizual puternic asupra peisajului rural \u0219i nu reflect\u0103 identitatea cultural\u0103 a Banatului, fragment\u00e2nd ambientul tradi\u021bional \u0219i \u00eenlocuind reperele istorice \u2013 g\u0103rile austro-ungare \u2013 cu o arhitectur\u0103 generic\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Argumentele invocate de CFR pentru demolare sunt legate de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de costurile ridicate ale reabilit\u0103rii, dar din analiza planurilor de situa\u021bie reiese c\u0103 vechile cl\u0103diri nu se suprapun cu noile amplasamente, necesitatea demol\u0103rii lor fiind discutabil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Istoricul face un apel public ca cel pu\u021bin gara Belin\u021b, cea mai bine conservat\u0103 dintre acestea, care p\u0103streaz\u0103 elemente originale precum volumul corpului central, organizarea interioar\u0103, sala de a\u0219teptare \u0219i o parte dintre ancadramentele u\u0219ilor \u2013 precum \u0219i sta\u021biile istorice de ap\u0103 din Topolov\u0103\u021bu Mare \u0219i Lugoj s\u0103 fie salvate de la demolare. \u201eAceste imobile ar putea fi preluate \u00een administrare de autorit\u0103\u021bile locale, conservate \u0219i restaurate prin accesarea fondurilor europene \u0219i valorificate ca repere de patrimoniu industrial, m\u0103rturii autentice ale uneia dintre cele mai importante linii feroviare construite \u00een Banat: Timi\u0219oara \u2013 Or\u0219ova (1875\u20131878). Prin salvarea acestor cl\u0103diri afirm\u0103m c\u0103 modernizarea nu presupune anularea trecutului, ci asumarea \u0219i integrarea lui \u00eentr-un viitor cl\u0103dit pe respectul fa\u021b\u0103 de memorie \u0219i identitate local\u0103\u201d sus\u021bine Gaidos.<\/p>\n<p>Asocia\u021bia \u201eSalva\u021bi Patrimoniul Timi\u0219oarei\u201d se al\u0103tur\u0103 public demersului ini\u021biat de Cristian Oliviu Gaidos privind necesitatea protej\u0103rii patrimoniului feroviar istoric de pe tronsonul Lugoj \u2013 Timi\u0219oara Est, c\u0103ci modernizarea infrastructurii feroviare, esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru dezvoltarea regiunii, nu trebuie s\u0103 \u00eensemne demolarea memoriei industriale a Banatului. Analiza documentelor disponibile indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 demolarea integral\u0103 nu reprezint\u0103 singura solu\u021bie tehnic\u0103 iar conservarea selectiv\u0103 \u0219i integrarea acestor imobile \u00een proiectele de modernizare sunt posibile \u0219i conforme at\u00e2t cu Legea nr. 422\/2001 privind protejarea monumentelor istorice, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu bunele practici europene de reutilizare adaptiv\u0103. Asocia\u021bia solicit\u0103 realizarea unei analize comparative demolare vs. Conservare, implicarea autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale \u0219i jude\u021bene \u00een identificarea unor solu\u021bii de protejare \u0219i valorificarea cultural\u0103 \u0219i turistic\u0103 a cl\u0103dirilor feroviare istorice, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 modernizarea nu trebuie s\u0103 duc\u0103 \u0219tergerea
