Irreversible Entanglements are back with a new album. The free-jazz quintet led by Camae Ayewa aka Moor Mother, will release Future Present Past<\/em> on March 27 via Impulse! Helado Negro and New York-based vocalist Motherboard each guest on multiple tracks. Listen to \u201cDon\u2019t Lose Your Head\u201d and \u201cVibrate Higher,\u201d both featuring Motherboard, below.<\/p>\n

Composed of Ayewa, bassist Luke Stewart, trumpeter Aquiles Navarro, saxophonist Keir Neuringer, and drummer Tcheser Holmes, Irreversible Entanglements shared their last record, Protect Your Light<\/em>, in 2023. Future Present Past<\/em> was engineered by Jonathan Schenke and mixed by Andrew Lappin.<\/p>\n
